Then called the police on us, harassed our elderly neighbor and has verbally harassed me, mocking my physical disability and threatening to harm myself, my children and grandchildren! Also, I kept changing my mind and Lance was able to patiently send a revised estimate. He also helped me figure out what would be best for the property, in terms of preserving our view, gate placements, etc. I went with a 6' aluma-guard (looks like wrought iron) with 3 inch posts.
