If you need your car towed, call anyone else. If you need a $3,900 demo-derby special done to your…read morepristine chassis, CarGeeks Towing is your team! Called them through AAA for a simple flat tire. The driver looked at my E36 323i and assured me that using wood blocks for his flatbed might leave "a couple of minor cosmetic scratches on the bumper." Based on his professional promise, I signed the waiver. Instead of a couple of bumper scratches, the driver violently compressed the shredded tire up into the wheel well during loading/unloading, leaving me with: * A destroyed front bumper cover * A severely crushed, buckled passenger fender * Broken mounting tabs on the rocker panel * A chewed-up wheel lip To top it off, he dropped the car on the street at my house and sped off before anyone could walk around it to inspect the damage. Now they are hiding behind the "minor scratch waiver" to dodge accountability for gross negligence. Save yourself a massive repair bill and do NOT let CarGeeks anywhere near your vehicle.

Update - Part #2 (Originally posted 02/20/26) by Trina D…read more This is an update regarding my previous review about my experience with Crescenta Valley Tow through AAA concerning my broken window regulator motor. The owner, Andy, personally called me to discuss the situation. This time, he was very helpful and took the time to truly listen to my concerns. He gave me his word that he would help and, if necessary, would fix the window if I purchased the part. He even offered to pick me up and return my car once it was repaired. I genuinely appreciated being able to have a constructive conversation and work toward a solution. I respect that he took the initiative to call me back and try to make things right. However, in order to resolve the issue quickly, I decided to use a mechanic and paid $450.00 for the repair, plus a tip, totaling $475.00. I called Andy afterward to let him know he would not need to cover any damages since I had taken care of the repair myself. During that conversation, Andy informed me that I had likely been overcharged for the part by nearly $200.00. That information was honestly more devastating than the original issue with the window. To any women out there who may feel unsure about who to trust in situations like this -- I understand. It can be overwhelming. That said, I do want to acknowledge Andy's effort to make a bad situation right. I truly appreciated his willingness to step up and offer his time and help. For that reason, I feel it's important to share this update so other customers are aware. I stand by recognizing honest customer service when I see it..
