I would not recommend this company to anyone. Do yourself a favor and look for a different towing company. If you go to google and see there responds to other customers you can see they never take responsibility always blaming others of disrespect..which they are the one who disrespects and not doing their job. P.s You guys need to learn how to give better service and not be disrespectful when people are waiting for your service. If you dont like your job dont do it.

Extremely unprofessional and retaliatory service. I was…read morequoted approximately one hour for service, which turned into over three hours. Throughout that time, I repeatedly contacted the owner for updates and was told "10 more minutes" multiple times, which was clearly inaccurate. When I called again after more than 40 minutes of repeated delays, instead of providing a clear explanation or taking responsibility, the owner blamed me for calling and became hostile. Shortly after, he contacted AAA and filed a report that resulted in me being blocked from receiving any roadside assistance for the remainder of the day. This was retaliation for simply requesting accurate information after excessive delays. There was no abuse or misconduct on my part--only repeated attempts to get a truthful estimate. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and accountability was alarming. Based on my experience and the pattern reflected in other reviews, I strongly recommend avoiding this company. AAA should seriously reconsider working with providers who treat customers this way.

Update - Part #2 (Originally posted 02/20/26) by Trina D…read more This is an update regarding my previous review about my experience with Crescenta Valley Tow through AAA concerning my broken window regulator motor. The owner, Andy, personally called me to discuss the situation. This time, he was very helpful and took the time to truly listen to my concerns. He gave me his word that he would help and, if necessary, would fix the window if I purchased the part. He even offered to pick me up and return my car once it was repaired. I genuinely appreciated being able to have a constructive conversation and work toward a solution. I respect that he took the initiative to call me back and try to make things right. However, in order to resolve the issue quickly, I decided to use a mechanic and paid $450.00 for the repair, plus a tip, totaling $475.00. I called Andy afterward to let him know he would not need to cover any damages since I had taken care of the repair myself. During that conversation, Andy informed me that I had likely been overcharged for the part by nearly $200.00. That information was honestly more devastating than the original issue with the window. To any women out there who may feel unsure about who to trust in situations like this -- I understand. It can be overwhelming. That said, I do want to acknowledge Andy's effort to make a bad situation right. I truly appreciated his willingness to step up and offer his time and help. For that reason, I feel it's important to share this update so other customers are aware. I stand by recognizing honest customer service when I see it..
