Did nothing to ensure he was hearing my voice and scolded me for asking about that and telling her as long as he can see me he reads my lips but does not hear me. These hearing aids have set him back to where he was many years ago prior to getting hearing aids initially. Total waste of money!! I would give less than a one rating if that was possible. Also after 1st year of cleaning being free it's $60 to have them cleaned after that. They no longer take appointments either and it's on a walk in basis during certain hours. Will never use them again!!

The office hours showed 8:30 am - 5pm. I called Humana for help, they in turn called HEARINGUSA and found nobody picking up the phone at this location. I waited and at 9:25 am a woman walks up drinking a milkshake and opens the door late by 55 minutes to work. Finally received a call back from HEARINGUSA saying that the Audiologist is sick and won't be in. How come I wasn't called to inform me? Because this place is run by people that don't care.
