Shut down completely in the middle of the Highway. This was a scared moment of my life. I called the tow truck company; Premier Towing and Transport, they with came less than 20 mins. I still can't believe they came that fast. I called Assured Auto and explained to JD what happened to my truck. I was heading home back to Tallahasee from vacation. JD told me to get the truck tow there. We got there at 2:35pm. They completed a full diagnostics. They noticed some bolts was loosen on my Alternator. They tighten it. They also noticed something no connection to the car giving out of power. JD suggested for me to go back to the Auto shop who completed the work because of warranty JD took picture of it and printed it out to give to the Shop. Truck was Tested drive it no more power issues. I was back on the road by 4:30pm. I'm so grateful for them to get me in and out so quickly. They also have Complementary varieties of soft drinks for their customers and when you leave, they write a personal note with a blow pop sucker. This was so sweet. With what's going on in the world, it's the small things like this can bring a big impact on someone's life. Again, super grateful. Best customer services I've received in years at an Auto Shop. I wish there were closer in case I need them again.

CB looked at my door issue, found a loose actuator, secured the actuator...problem resolved. When I picked up the car CB refused to charge for the repairs. I first called to ask for a quote for a specific repair job for a specific car. They would not provide a quote over the phone as a couple of other shops did. They insisted I bring the car in for diagnosis, so at the appointed time I showed up with the car. After three hours of waiting, they provided a quote for the service I asked for that was ~50% higher than the next closest quote. They also did a 'courtesy inspection' which I did not ask for. This inspection resulted in 7 additional recommended items totaling about $1,800. Things like this fluid change, that cleaning, etc. The car has 300k miles on it, and the majority of these items have never been done. The experience reminds me of the slick marketing we get at the dealership repair shops, and is exactly what I was hoping to avoid by choosing a 'family-owned' shop. The actual work product may in fact be excellent; I don't know. But it is probably over priced.

The owner, Robbie, worked with us and we were able to come to an agreement. BMW being fixed today, and Robbie was very apologetic and takes his family owned business very seriously. Happy we were able to fix the communication problems and I plan on continue using their services. I recommend supporting locally owned businesses in our community and I hope to be a returning customer for the next several years to come. Hard to find trustworthy auto repair shops. I appreciate and respect Robbie's willingness to resolve the communication issue.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP - TOP WRENCH AUTOMOTIVE RIP OFF…read more In July 2026, an oil change technician noticed a leak on my 2010 Infiniti M35 but could not identify the source. He recommended having the engine degreased and inspected, mentioning it could possibly be the valve cover gaskets. I called Top Wrench Automotive and spoke with Travis for an estimate on valve cover gaskets if that turned out to be the issue of the oil leak. I explicitly told Travis during drop-off that the car had NEVER been formally diagnosed. Travis assured me that they always perform their own diagnostics and would thoroughly degrease the engine to verify and identify the oil leak before doing any repairs. A few days later, the initial $600 estimate jumped to over $950. I approved it, assuming the source of the oil leak was verified and fixed. After picking up the car; the very next day, my garage floor was covered in oil worse than before I brought it in. When I returned the car, to Top Wrench Automotive to reinspect the car; they claimed their work was fine. There were no issues with the valve cover gaskets. When I asked Travis why is the car still leaking oil; especially if they had truly degreased and diagnosed the source of the leak, Travis claimed they did, however it's possible that the car has several oil leaks. After leaving the car another day for them to actually find the leak, Travis handed me a shocking $7,695 estimate for major services, claiming it was too difficult to isolate the leak without doing major repairs. Worse yet, Top Wrench altered the new invoice to state that the valve cover gaskets were replaced based on another shop's diagnosis. This is a total lie to avoid accountability. I told Travis multiple times, CLEARLY that the car was NEVER previously diagnosed, and he himself stated that Top Wrench never relies on outside opinions without doing their own diagnostics' first. Frustrated and out $950, I ultimately took my vehicle to a different automotive shop (Melbourne Radiator / Automotive. Within 24 hours, they found and identified the real problem: a bad $20 Engine Oil Cooler Seal. It was a massive, obvious leak that Top Wrench completely missed despite claiming they degreased the engine. The new shop fixed it perfectly for under $200 total. Top Wrench Automotive took $950 of my money, failed to diagnose a basic issue, lied on my paperwork, and then tried to trick me into thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs. Stay far away.
