A young man named Zalen helped us while managing to assist a number of other customers. He made sure we understood the sales that were being offered, listened to our needs, and helped us find the right equipment. I ended up getting a few extra things that will make it easier on the mountain due to his advice. On a whim, my wife decided to see what they could offer us for her extra board. Zalen continued to provide excellent customer service offering us a very fair price on our board and bindings and then getting us into another board and binding set for an excellent price. I've been going to Pinetree/Idaho Water Sports for a couple decades now and they have always given fair prices and good service but Zalen was by far the best.
