This place is great if the adult is working. Every single time I go in when the old man works I have a great time. He is fair, and even makes deals with you to make sure you can get the product. If the kids are working you might as well turn around and walk out. They are typical teenagers, they obviously don't want to be working there and they show it. I just was in there and one of the kids was working the counter. He was just a nightmare to work with. I stand by what I said. If the old man is working, you are going to have a 5 star time. If the kids are working, your going to have a 1 star time. read more

I think some of the prior posts are lacking respect and understanding for our elderly working…read morepopulation. My family and I actually make it a point to shop at this specific Gamestop because Susan, the "older manager lady" is like a grandmother to my kids. She's very nice, amazingly up to date and knowledgeable on gaming and systems, and she goes out of her way to provide excellent customer service at all times! There's never been a time that I haven't been to this Gamestop without seeing Susan's beaming smile and her welcoming presence. I'll bet if customers took the time to be nice to her, they would have a much better experience. Also Alan is very helpful and knowledgeable as well. He really personalizes his customer service. We live in a small town and our services are limited, so the wait time is sometimes long, but it's well worth it because of the AMAZINGLY GREAT people that work there. Please keep up the great work Susan and Alan, and ignore those rude people that are probably impatient and rude to begin with.

We thought the whole trip was a bust being stuck in Burley for four days but we stumbled upon this gem of a bike shop. Rock invited us out for a group ride. The shop is friendly and knowledgable. We are happy to have found this spot and discover trails that aren't even in the bike magazines. We will def be back thanks to this bike shop and Rock's hospitality.
