It's located close to one of the busiest intersections in the city. Good luck finding a parking place once you are in the parking area. The lot is located on a hillside, so I usually take a rope to attach to my shopping cart and vehicle to unload, to keep it from rolling away and crashing into someone's car, which has happened to me before. I took a 15-minute cursing out from the owner of that vehicle one time. That alone makes me want to shy away from the place. If you're handicapped, be prepared to walk a ways; there are a few handicap parking spaces, but not many. Plus, I disagree with the woke policies they have adopted.

The racks were neatly sorted and stocked and everything appeared tidy (with the exception of the cashier area-there were piles of things that people either returned or abandoned that were awaiting return to inventory.) When I visited, perhaps all the staff was out on the floor making sure it was presentable, because there was only one cashier and she was not able to keep up with the line of people waiting to check out. It was a long wait. It might be worth looking at the staffing and what they are prioritizing. I do appreciate how clean everything was, but would have loved to been through the checkout process a bit quicker.
