I think some of the prior posts are lacking respect and understanding for our elderly working population. My family and I actually make it a point to shop at this specific Gamestop because Susan, the "older manager lady" is like a grandmother to my kids. She's very nice, amazingly up to date and knowledgeable on gaming and systems, and she goes out of her way to provide excellent customer service at all times! There's never been a time that I haven't been to this Gamestop without seeing Susan's beaming smile and her welcoming presence. I'll bet if customers took the time to be nice to her, they would have a much better experience. Also Alan is very helpful and knowledgeable as well. He really personalizes his customer service. We live in a small town and our services are limited, so the wait time is sometimes long, but it's well worth it because of the AMAZINGLY GREAT people that work there. Please keep up the great work Susan and Alan, and ignore those rude people that are probably impatient and rude to begin with. read more

pretty good I usually find what I'm looking for. it is small but hey that tells me not to stay for to long. but sometimes it can get a bit crowded. I would have to say 9 out of 10 times I found the game I was looking for. read more
