My kids having been going to Rocklin KinderCare for six years. Since the beginning, the staff have been exceptional, becoming like family. My kids are constantly asking when their next school break is because the idea of them getting a week with their friends at KC is a total highlight for them. We are at a stage in our kids life where they could spend their summers doing different camps and trying new things, but every year it's the same answer: they'd rather be at Rocklin KC. The staff here makes it so enjoyable for these kids that being there is more fun than anywhere else. Even the food is great (trust me, I know. Mr Chris saves me leftovers). I 100% recommend this place to any family looking for a place filled with added family. Ms Denise is everything you'd want in a leader, Ms Kym taught my kids the love of science, Ms Justina taught my kids patience and respect, and Ms Lizzy is a shining light. Mr Chris will always be my number chef and Ms Sammy will always be my kids go-to for fun. Our experience with this center was really bad as we waited for 6 months for our son to be enrolled. The 2 yr class is tightly packed with the minimum space I have seen as compared to other places. The staff isn't accommodating at all and they want to optimize their profits without caring about kids. Our son did very well at the other daycare where they gave him a week to adjust and helped him in acclimating to the new environment. We love Rocklin KinderCare! We chatted with a few different daycares and decided to go with this one because it met our needs but more importantly we connected with the director Denise. She was super prompt to respond and once we started she made us feel special. All of the teachers are really sweet and care about the kids (we have a 6 month old and 19 month old). We LOVE Rocklin Kindercare! We toured 5 other schools before we decided on this one. Denise, the director, is absolutely wonderful. We emailed Ms. Denise for a tour and she left a lasting impression on us just because of her quick and detailed responses. We are so happy with our decision to have our children attend KinderCare. At the time, our son, Jordan, was 3 years old and our daughter, Jessica, was 9 months old. There are no words to describe how wonderful this school has been to our family. We LOVE the daily reports and photos. I've actually created an album for the kids with the photos KinderCare provides on a daily basis. It's nice to see pictures of what the kids did during the day. We are very impressed with the cleanliness of the school. Shoes aren't allowed in the Infants room and the rule is enforced. We love Ms. Ashley from the Infants room. I actually look forward to pick-ups just to get my daily report (verbally and in writing) of how Jessica did throughout the day. Ms. Ashley is so caring, loving, and nurturing. I feel like she's a friend I get to visit before I pick up the kids. I already miss her since Jessica will be moving to the Toddlers room soon. Jordan started out in the 3's room with Ms. Lizzy and Ms. Doris. We were a bit worried about how he would transition to the new school because he left his friends at the old school. We were so relieved because Jordan did so well with the transition. It was all because of Ms. Lizzy and Ms. Doris. Jordan looks forward to going to school each day. Jordan recently moved up to the 4's room and we already love Ms. Stephanie. She is super nice and informative on Jordan's school work. I feel like I know all the teachers and they just make us feel like we are part of their family. Ms. Desiree always gives me updates on the cute, little things Jessica does that melts my heart away. There's also Ms. Tayler, who helps watch Jordan while I pick Jessica up from the Infants room. In all, my husband and I are very happy with KinderCare and highly recommend this school. We recently moved away from this area but this KinderCare center is amazing! The staff are super friendly and if there is any problems while your child is in their care they call you and let you know. The staff members really get to know you & your family. Our son went here ever since he was 11 weeks old with Ms. Ashley as a baby room instructor/caregiver until he was 20 weeks old. They really know how to take care of such a small breastfed baby when I returned to work. Dropping him off first thing in the morning, there is always an instructor who is certified to work with babies. Definitely recommend this KinderCare center! read more

Like every parent, I want to know that my daughter is safe and being well taken care of. I went through three different daycares before we started at KinderCare. My daughter would come home with bite marks, bruises, and even a concussion (at 2 years old). So I was very particular of where my daughter attended. Since being at KinderCare, not only is she being VERY well taken care of, but she is learning so much. I wish we had started my daughter out at KinderCare. The most important part of any childcare facility is the people caring for our children. We have been with Rocklin KinderCare for about a year and a half now and are in our third classroom. Miss Lizzy is a saint, especially for us as our son tends to have more energy than others. She has the experience and patience needed in order to work with him and help us work with him at home, as well. We'd be lost without Miss Lizzy and can't recommend this place, and especially this teacher, enough. read more

Our son started at KinderCare in January, 2016 and we couldn't be happier! My (then) two-year-old son, Henry, started in Discovery Preschool (for children 2-3 years old). Ms. Denise, the Director, is caring, organized and just plain wonderful. We love the daily progress reports that describe his day and the photos that come along with them. We were impressed with the curriculum on paper; but we were truly amazed when Henry's vocabulary nearly doubled within the first few months! He came home singing songs, telling stories, and chatting about different topics (farms, weather, food, animals, friends, etc.). He can count, identify shapes, colors, and sing the alphabet. He has learned to share (this was a tough one, as he's an only child), take turns, and follow directions. KinderCare also reinforces healthy habits like eating fresh fruits and vegetables and washing hands. They serve nutritious food and have an outside garden that the staff and children care for together. His teacher for Discovery Preschool was Ms. Kim; she is open, honest, patient, and always kind. We really appreciated her encouraging and supportive teaching style. After Henry turned three in June, he started preschool and moved into the 3-4 year class. Ms. Liz and Ms. Doris are his new teachers and they are wonderful. Henry transitioned very easily to his new routine. In his preschool class, he is learning about letters, sounds, practicing writing, art, science, encouraging imagination, learning about his community and surroundings and he is being introduced to the Spanish language; all through fun and creative activities! We have grown to care for the teachers and other families. We highly recommend KinderCare to anyone looking for a caring and nurturing learning environment for their child! read more

I have been trusting the awesome staff at Kindercare on Marlee with my son since he was only 2 years old, he is almost 8 now and still loves to go! The teachers are all kind and patient, the staff is friendly, the summer activities rock and you truly get piece of mind in knowing that when you leave your most prized possession there, they will be having a fun and safe time while away from you!! So where to start... my son has been at this Kindercare since 2013 where he was 5 years old into the school age program.. I'm the kind of mom who's the last Minute planning where I had to find a place to transport him to school in the morning and pick up after school. And i did a walk in with Ms. Denise (the Director) was very happy to help, she did tell me that they only had one spot open left for after school program slot, AND Thank You, I'm so happy to say I did! My son has a lot of special needs and I told her he wears a hearing aid and I was so nervous to leave her with such a huge responsibility. She was open and happy to help him and me! My son used to get in trouble at Kindergarten that year, almost EVERYDAY. I'd call Ms. Denise crying for help (being a single mom) if I could bring my son to her so I can finish out the rest of my work day without losing money or my job. She said, of course he can be my helper, Which my son loved! She made him feel like he had the most important Job ever! That was one thing I can say that makes this place so easy going. But I won't stop there!! During Christmas time I had gone through a lot of hard times when I got pregnant with my 2nd child which I went on bed rest at 19 weeks with my daughter. I was over due on my parent payments, since not working. I was having to make small payments and I couldnt catch up. I then walked in one evening to pick my son up and I was gonna take him out, because I couldnt afford it anymore, (Denise and Nikki) she then pulled me into the office and waved my late fees and said merry Christmas! I balled my eyes out and couldn't have been more thankful for what she did for my family and I . After 5 years of being in this program both my children attend Kindercare! My son has grown so much..... so much... that in the last 5 years that now Denise and Nikki know When my son is gonna "Lose his marbles" They have Great skills and know how to talk to my son in a way only they know! Also my daughter who is now 20months old. knows all of her teachers names, (Becky, Barbara, Robyn, And Taylor) she knows how to spell, count and is potty trained, (potty trained at 17months). At Drop off in the morning, Barbara is so sweet and communicates everything I tell her about my daughter to her teachers. At pick up Robyn or Tayor TELL me in full detail about my daughters day, from her potty stories, to her pulling her hair ties out, to her best friends, her circle time fun, and how funny she is, as soon as i walk in everyone knows about both my childs day. Denise and Nikki are so amazing, that they even have helped me with the co parents drop offs and pick ups. Both my children are happy when I pick them up and that means more to me than anything. The moment I walk if I've had a rough day both Nikki and Denise listen to all I have to tell them before I see my children So my children see a happy mommy! I look forward to our nightly conversations! I can continue to go on about the amazing photos I receive, the daily reports, the curriculum, and the communication! I'm so thankful and happy to have both my Children at this Kindercare!! You won't regret it! The staff and management are amazing! read more

Long due to write a review. I and my kids loved this place and the teachers. They are awesome :) . I have never been to a preschool before where teachers actually speak to parents. This is like a home for us though we could go only for few months .. I loved it and felt like i know them.. thanks to all the teachers there , very caring and everyone knows the children by their names and also who is the sibling and their names.. we had the best experience . We were the only Asian Indians there , felt so comfortable and happy . they speak to parents.. that's the best part and kids want to go to this school . we are missing this school :) already. read more

My son really enjoys going to kindercare. The staff are very caring and understanding. They take the time to understand your child and help them the best they can. The staff at kindercare arrange fun activities and parties for the kids to keep things exciting for them. My son enjoys playing games with the teachers in his class and has really enjoyed having Mr. Matt to play with. We have been taking our kids to Kindercare for the past 3 years and couldn't be happier with our decision. The staff is very caring and they take pride in their classrooms and getting to know all members of our family. They just added an infant room this year and if we have another baby, I know our baby will be in good hands here. We looked at other child care centers and this center in Rocklin has a great staff! The instant I visited this school with my three year old, we were welcomed with open arms. We have had less than stellar preschool experiences in the past and my son is very shy and apprehensive about school. Ms. Denise, the Director, went out of her way to make me and my son feel comfortable. During the first few weeks where my son was still acting very shy, his teachers Ms. Liz and Ms. Doris would literally greet him with open arms, big smiles and excited hello's. They made the drop off process so easy and instantly engaged my son in something fun. My son now runs into the classroom and has made lots of friends! I get written daily updates about what the kids are learning about and tons of pictures. I highly recommend this preschool everyone! I am so happy we made the choice to take my son here. Not only is this a fun and safe place for the children, but I can also see that my son has been learning so much!
