Their hours are reasonable and they are part of the SUM bank network which offers no-fee ATMS for the participating banks. Phone service is quick and convenient. Furthermore, I've never felt nickel-and-dimed by this locally-owned bank. New debit card didn't get to your house? They send a new one for free. It's little things like this that make me love using Rockland Trust. Big banking ain't got nothing on them.
