RFCU had a branch in Mansfield, and soon had branches in neighboring towns. Free checking, friendly tellers, free coin machine and redemption, and they're on the SUM network which means I'm never far from an ATM. I've only ever had one or two minor issues and they were handled promptly by tellers or customer service folks via phone. PS- They have real humans answering their phones!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK BRANCH BEWARE OF FRAUD BY THE BANK TELLERS…read more THEY THROW YOUR DEPOSITS IN FAKE JOINT ACCOUNTS THAT THEIR TELLERS MAKE AND SAY THEY MADE A "MISTAKE" Today 3/22/23 I went to the citizens bank up by my home Citizens bank inside of stop and shop in at 251 Washington street Attleboro Ma. , to cash and deposit a check into my business account. The bank teller ( younger lady ) proceeds to tell me that she put my money into the wrong account some joint account with me and a person named Karen ( never known a Karen never dated anyone name karen, so then she tells me how she apologizes and that don't worry she's taken my name off of that joint account ( without showing me or asking me if I had knowledge of by showing me the account she was speaking of. This joint account I never made ) so she then proceeds to tell me she's making changes meanwhile I felt as if she was buying time to let my money sit in the account that didn't belong to me. So the manager came Middle Aged older woman and preceded to apologize to me for her employees mistake ... ( chick was tryna fraud my money and dump the check into a account made by her I'm guessing ) long story short the manager was clearly showing signs of catching her employee in the act but wasn't going to say anything as I kept asking to see the account that I was supposedly a joint account owner to enough that she deposited over $$$$ in but couldn't show me any factual proof of the joint account! So as they kept apologizing I became upset and told them they need to get my money into my current account and that I suspect fraud by the teller, and so they threaten me with calling security on me saying I wasn't being calm ( yeah I just deposited over $$ into a account of mines and you the banker put it in someone else's account claiming that I was a joint member and can't / won't show me proof of the joint account. So All in all I decide that this was a legal matter and decided to call 911 because this all was way too much going on and as I had them send officers out the teller tried to give me my check back and tell me I have to go elsewhere to cash the check ( but remember they already deposit that money into wrong account and was working to get it back , this check isn't going to work and that would give me a whole other hassle smh. But yea police arrive and immediately the bank teller manager body language and direction of the convo became different and they wanted to sit down with me and put the funds in the proper account. Which they did finally. The moral of this story is the bank teller was trying to toss my $$+ check into some off account she has access to which someone on outside most liked has connection to and all they needed was to take money out the account and I still would of refunded my 10k + by the bank after they looked into it but somebody would of came up $$+ off my check smh it's a cold world we live in be careful and always pay attention!! These are all scam tactics be aware esp since it's done by the employees in this case! There's two things in my life that I can't stand, one is going to the pharmacy, two is going to the bank. I had some Fraud that I found on my account, and I walked into the Pleasant Street in Attleboro mass location without an appointment. I saw a wonderful lady named "Ritty" she was extremely pleasant and helpful and took an instant interest in my problem. She took me aside to a private desk immediately and within 15 minutes I was walking out the door with all of my problems resolved! A few days later I had a problem with my new ATM card. I walked into the branch once again to speak with Ritty, but she was not there, so I was able to speak with the manager of the bank directly. He took me into his office and sat me down immediately, and he made me feel like I was the only customer they had. He was extremely knowledgeable with the way that their system worked, and he had me straightened out inside of five minutes and once again, I was walking out the door with a smile. I will never bank anywhere else, but Bank of America, and I will never go to any other branch, other than the Attleboro mass branch on Pleasant St.,, even if I have to drive two hours.

As a fairly new resident in North Attleboro I was happy to see a BoA right down the road from me. I stopped in today because tomorrow I have to go to Pennsylvania to sell my other house and close out the relocation that brought me from PA to MA. My wife and I arrived and were told to wait there for a minute to get checked in. We stood around for about 15 minutes before finally having someone come and ask what we needed. When we said we needed forms notarized (for the closing) they told us we had to come back two days later because we didn't have an appointment. Unfortunately the time we spent there meant the town hall office also closed before we could get to them too. This meant going to a UPS store and spending $40 because the bank we have been loyal to for probably 20 years couldn't give us 5 minutes of there time to notarize a few documents. How very disappointing!!!
