Even though the previous owner had purchased the fence from Blue Ribbon, Dennis said we were still covered for the repairs under his warranty. His crew of Bailey, Jeff and Paul came out and did a great job replacing one gate, moving the fence post on the other and installing new locks on both gates, all for no charge. Outstanding service. In addition, we were incredibly impressed with the strength of the fence when a neighbors tree fell across it last year requiring no repair. Purchased two large orders this summer (2022) and here's my experience: Good * Pleasant staff (2nd star is for them) Bad * Follow-through, responsiveness * Verbally told warranty 1 year, later told it was 8wks * Plants not healthy, some failed within two days. Offered to replace at 50% cost. * Ordered plywood to be used to protect new grass; not used at install day.
