Northeast came in with heavy machines and in three days removed the bushes roots and all and replaced them with elegant little boxwoods and rhodies. All with everything restored to better than normal around the house. - Our lawn had developed some really ugly dead patches which seemed to be growing larger over a two year period. The lawn chemical service we had just wasn't working. Will Parris from Northeast came over, diagnosed fungus, did a treatment and restorative aeration, compost and overseed. The results were spectacular - the lawn is better than it ever was! - They've been mowing our lawn all summer very dependably and professionally. I had been mowing too short, probably part of the dead patch problem. The mowers were careful with the reseeding and were adept at handling the peculiarities of our property layout. - Our leaves haven't fallen yet and it's Thanksgiving. They're going to hold off on the Fall cleanup until early December to accomodate this. In short, highly recommended. They do not communicate via email well. While spraying my property I watched the person spray my deck and blow things on my deck over. I didn't REALLY expect him to upright them, but I feel like almost anyone would pause for an instant. This guy didn't even flinch. Just kept spraying. I ordered 20 yards of three-quarter minus and what showed up was 11 yards. Now that was mapped out with a Commercial GPS while it was in a pile and I got around 12 yards. After I put it in the ground, I could tell exactly what it was from how deep by the square footage which is very simple and that's where I found he had only delivered me 11.5 yards instead of 20 I called and tried to explain there might be a mistake but just like every other post on here where someone complains they do not apologize and they make you the consumer feel dumb and tell you that you don't know what you're talking about... . Please go and do what I did,get your dirt or whatever you need delivered to your house from Dirt Dr 603-229-3200 they are fabulous. I've ordered multiple things and every time they've dropped off exactly the amount that I ordered. I expect a review back from the owner with some kind of excuse on how I don't know what I'm doing and how it's anything but their fault... Buyer beware!!!! Be very careful!!!! And remember, we're not talking about one or 2 yards we're talking about almost half of what I ordered so that's a big discrepancy, but I'm sure they'll blame it on me.

What was done did not match the invoice, which is in part my fault for not asking them to change it. They fixed my steps and completed the drainage system, which so far is working fine thank god. We have yet to have a really big rain storm but so far so good. Maybe I can now get rid of the sandbags in front of my driveway! My security system monitored their progress and the more experienced gentleman really showed care in his work, and mentored the younger crew on the right way to get things done so it looked professional. I would use them again, but do the following prior: Contact dig safe which is free to find any buried cables or electrical. Rope off ahead of time the leach fields so they won't drive over them. (Not that they did on my property, just smart to do). Ensure the invoice matches exactly what you agreed to for legal reasons prior to making a payment. 7/29/18 So it's been a couple months and I love the work.
