I was told we'd get the most bang for our buck choosing pay by the hour option. They sent five guys at $90 per hour for each person. Beware. They charged my credit card without sending the invoice. We had no idea how much it would be and our checking account was overdrawn twice! The total bill was over $2400. Definitely not what we were expecting, and we will never do business with them again. get an estimate and don't give them your cc info until you see the bill!!

First time it rained it quickly started washing away. Disappointed to say the least. And yes, it was Giant Landscaping that did the job.

They do not communicate via email well. While spraying my property I watched the person spray my deck and blow things on my deck over. That's the level of attention you can expect here.

I ordered 20 yards of three-quarter minus and what showed up was 11 yards. Now that was mapped out with a Commercial GPS while it was in a pile and I got around 12 yards. After I put it in the ground, I could tell exactly what it was from how deep by the square footage which is very simple and that's where I found he had only delivered me 11.5 yards instead of 20 I called and tried to explain there might be a mistake but just like every other post on here where someone complains they do not apologize and they make you the consumer feel dumb and tell you that you don't know what you're talking about... . Please go and do what I did,get your dirt or whatever you need delivered to your house from Dirt Dr 603-229-3200 they are fabulous. I've ordered multiple things and every time they've dropped off exactly the amount that I ordered. I expect a review back from the owner with some kind of excuse on how I don't know what I'm doing and how it's anything but their fault... Buyer beware!!!! Be very careful!!!! And remember, we're not talking about one or 2 yards we're talking about almost half of what I ordered so that's a big discrepancy, but I'm sure they'll blame it on me.

What was done did not match the invoice, which is in part my fault for not asking them to change it. They fixed my steps and completed the drainage system, which so far is working fine thank god. We have yet to have a really big rain storm but so far so good. Maybe I can now get rid of the sandbags in front of my driveway! My security system monitored their progress and the more experienced gentleman really showed care in his work, and mentored the younger crew on the right way to get things done so it looked professional. I would use them again, but do the following prior: Contact dig safe which is free to find any buried cables or electrical. Rope off ahead of time the leach fields so they won't drive over them. (Not that they did on my property, just smart to do). Ensure the invoice matches exactly what you agreed to for legal reasons prior to making a payment. 7/29/18 So it's been a couple months and I love the work. The drainage is outstanding and I no longer have to worry about being at work and hearing about a freak down pour in the area! Thank you guys!

Now I've been in charge of the "landscaping" of my yard, so let's just say it was an absolute nightmare to begin with...I mean bad...to the point I almost (notice I said almost) went and cleaned it up before they came. These guys went nuts. Within a couple hours all the over grown bushes were trimmed down, the scrub was cleaned up and I was left with this awesome looking yard I hadn't seen since what seems like the dawn of time. Even better, the guys came to my door when they were done, walked me through everything they did and asked me if there was anything else I wanted them to do before they left...how cool is that! Needless to say Michele is super happy and have officially locked them in as my go-to landscaping company.

Now that the…read morework has been completed, I ultimately regret my decision to go with them over other landscaping companies. I have never left a review for anything online before, but feel as though I have to after the experience I had with Heritage. This was not a small or cheap project and I feel as though I deserved a much higher level of work upon completion. Although there were certain things that were done well (pathway and sprinkler system that were contracted out to third parties), the landscaping itself left a lot to be desired. Here is a list of the issues that I experienced: 1. They did not edge any of the mulch beds. 2. The mulch they laid down was not laid evenly along the pathway. 3. When they reseeded the lawn, they planted seed on all of the mulch beds and I now have grass growing though my mulch beds. Furthermore, there are still parts of the grass that never grew. 4. They agreed to remove a small tree and they were unable to remove the stump. I now have to reach out to a tree removal company to grind it down. 5. When the irrigation company came to install the system, there was no plan to have the system water the newly planted plants along the house and pathway. The irrigation company installed a drip system anyways after I spoke up. In fairness, James and his team did cover the cost of the drip system once it was installed. The most disappointing part of my whole experience is that I texted James about some of issues that I thought could be remedied a few days ago, specifically the mulch beds and how bad it looks. However, he has not responded to me.
