I was refused service at this car wash because my truck was "too dirty". I do not go offroad or anything like that in it which may have been understandable had I just wheeled it right in, fresh out of the swamp or something and my truck just needed a bit of built up dust washed off. I have before and after pictures of my truck because I knew it would be eye opening to my friends that used their services prior. I wonder if this wash was just put into place to wash brand new vehicles that people pre-wash first before arriving. read more

Don't use this car wash if you value your vehicle. I just bought a brand new Ram 3500. The trucks first wash was done there and they did over $500 in clear coat damage. Truck had just over 500 miles on it. When I filed the claim through their facility the supervisor on shift only took pictures of what she wanted too. When the manager called me she said " there was nothing they could do because my truck was too dirty". Their a car wash! In rural Missouri. There are dirt roads here. After the wash I went straight to the dealership where I bought it. The dealership confirmed that the brush marks were from them and said they get complaints from there a lot. To everyone that couldn't find them on Yelp and decided to do nothing, I added them. Everyone that has had their vehicles damaged and let them get away with it need to speak up. read more

First of all, you will be scammed if you go and buy the number one. they will take your credit information and charge you $34.99 a month without authorization. you'll lose your money and lose the fight trying to get your money back. Second, for $18, you were in the car wash for about 25 seconds In your car is not clean. This is complete waste of money and it incompetent business that misrepresents what you are being charged for. read more

This car wash wasn't to bad when it first came to town. They have since raised the rates and shortened to time your car is actually in the wash. Today I purchased the $18 wash and asked if they still offered the second wash for free if it wasn't clean from the first wash. They replied yes. So I went back through the second time and it took me through even faster than the first time through. Another thing that I didn't like, I had paid by credit card and I keep my credit card receipts for my records. However, when I went back through the 2nd time they wouldn't return the receipt, they said they could not. How is this legal? It's my receipt for my credit card purchase, I'm not allowed to have it? I'm going to try to post the photos of how dirty it was after a 2nd wash. Yes it is bug and highway grime but for $18 it should have removed the majority of it. read more
