The carwash broke my rear window wiper completely. I immediately contacted the manager, who appeared to take photos and enter info into a tablet. However, I didn't hear back. When I finally got in contact with upper management, they denied being responsible because of a disclaimer sign that wasn't on display outside the office. Anyone who has gone there knows that you pay at a drive-up window and never enter the office area. I have dashcam video that shows the damage being done, plus videos and photos of the whole front of the building during and immediately after the incident. read more

Why charge $12 for a wash and "vacuum" when none of the vacuums work. Multiple times over the course of months have the vacuums not worked. You guys make more than enough money to fix such a minor issue. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH!!! I had an extremely disappointing experience at this car wash that resulted in damage to my vehicle. My BMW became stuck on the tire shine mechanism during the wash cycle, (the tire shine was in disrepair weeks before and had just gotten "repaired") completely immobilizing my car. Despite myself and the car behind me honking and me yelling for help, the manager failed to shut off the car wash, eventually resulting in a collision with the car behind me. The manager took our information and implied we should be all taken care of but the company later denied both claims without even contacting me to get my side of the story. They're claiming they only cover damages if their equipment malfunctioned (which it did - my tire was literally caught in their mechanism) or if staff was at fault (which they were by not shutting down the wash and by overcrowding vehicles). Instead, they're insisting I go through my insurance, which seems like an unfair attempt to avoid responsibility. I've since learned there have been multiple similar and many other complaints about this location. I would strongly recommend avoiding this car wash and choosing a business that takes customer safety and satisfaction more seriously. read more

After having my car washed, it failed to start once I had finished with the vacuuming. George, the manager, shut down the entrance, went to his truck, got out a battery jumper and got my car started. For his service, I am very grateful. read more

I purchased the monthly wash in early October. On the third visit, October 17, 2023 my car was damaged with deep scratches. After trying to resolve the issue, with absolutely no customer service, a month later corporate refused to pay for damages stating that they couldn't see it on video and it didn't match equipment. Both body shops stated that this was damage consistent with a car wash. The local stated that Zips consistantly has this type of damages and that they will refuse to pay. Zips has an "F" rating at the BBB and if you look at reviews online there is a pattern of this problem. BUYER BEWARE! The $10 deal was not the $3000 cost. Use a touchless wash. read more

I would give this place negative stars if I could think twice before getting a membership because they have 414 complaint with the Better Business Bureau about fraudulent transactions with customers because they will tell you that you can buy a membership for $10 a month for three months but cut all the phone lines so that you can't contact them to cancel. Zips can't ever get memberships correctly or promotional deals- we continue to get charged for 2 memberships a mo & then we think we have it fixed & then we don't & then we are ironically given the promo that we should've had in the 1st place & then we continue to pay for services we can't use because there are broken parts of the car wash but we still cont to get charged- read more

I don't normally write reviews, good or bad...but my experience yesterday at Zip carwash in Warrensburg was so ridiculously bad it deserves this negative review to warn others to stay away from this business. I do not live in Warrensburg however I am a frequent visitor to visit my VA doctor, etc. I have always, in the past, looked forward to using this carwash as the attendants were always cordial and offered you car fresheners or other extras, etc. NOT THIS TIME..... I first noticed a price increase for the washes....$12 for the basic, $18 for the next upgrade and $30 for Premium. I have never before seen a $30 ride thru carwash in this area!! As usual, I chose the basic carwash which has always been sufficient in the past. The guy at the window took my payment, asked if I wanted a receipt........and that was it. NO thank you, no offers of any extras, etc. Then I noticed no attendant at the entrance, no prewash for the windshield bugs, tires, bumpers, etc, as MOST carwashes do. Next, the ride thru the wash seemed much quicker than I recalled...probably less than 30 seconds....I now see why. My truck had normal winter road grime, nothing more. I found my tires still had dirt on the the sidewalls and my running boards still had mud on top of them. I pulled back around to the pay window and told the attendant the problem and said I wasn't satisfied. He looked down at the bottom portion of my truck and said "that's because you paid for the basic wash, we don't turn the tire washers on for the basic wash". WHAT! I asked if I could go thru again to see if it would at least get some of the dirt off? He said I could for another $12. I asked if I could just pay the $6.00 difference for the $18 so I could, AT LEAST, leave with a clean vehicle. He said No, we don't do that......so I asked for the Manager's phone number and he said I could only have his email address, and added "He's going to tell you the same thing". NO DOUBT. First of all, this is a horribly over-priced car wash with horrible policies. Plus both of these male employees I talked with should never have a job where they deal with customers. I spent most of my working career as a Union Official protecting workers rights and jobs but.......I would fire both of these employees in a minute! I fully intend to pursue this to fully WARN OTHERS TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. I know this seems like a lot of effort over a $12 transaction but I felt totally disrespected by these employees. If I could give less than one star, I would. When you go up to pay at the kiosk, you have no option of leaving without paying. The third wash in the lineup out of seven washes was $24. And it was supposed to have a ceramic coating for the vehicle, and Tire shine. I was very concerned after entering the wash, whether or not, I was going to escape there with out any damage. There was no one there to pre-wash the car, and since I live on a gravel road that was not optimal. The vehicle that was in the wash behind me was no more than 3 feet behind my car. I was concerned whether or not I was going to be able to exit without getting rear ended. When I paid for the wash, they said they didn't have any receipt paper, and since they guarantee the wash for 24 hours, I asked how I was going to be able to fulfill that second wash if needed, and they said well, if the car doesn't come out clean people usually just drive right on back through. I'm not taking that chance again, the tires looked as though they had not been washed at all. The car was not clean and when I went back to the office and asked about it, they said they do not give refunds and that I could go back through the car wash. well obviously I'm not doing that, there was no tire shine applied to the tires at all. There was no ceramic coating applied to the car. This place is a rip off( in my humble opinion). I would not recommend coming here if you value the looks of your car or if you want a good wash. read more
