He asked me to send him some info and he would get me an estimate. It was almost a month of several emails to him with no response. I reached someone at the actual office, and they said he was no longer working there and they had no idea what I was talking about. They scheduled another tech to come out the next week. He called the day of to cancel and said they would call back to reschedule. They didn't call back, so I called them twice about a week later and scheduled another tech for today, this afternoon. It is 3pm, and I just got a call from the tech cancelling again saying they will call back. I doubt they will at this point, but I definitely won't be contacting them again!

Brandnew and 1 day old...................within 30 minutes ( this was 8 PM ) the owner rang the doorbell to check what had happened. He found a faulty circuitboard in the brandnew unit outside and promised to have it fixed the next morning, which he did. At the time they installed it, they removed the backflow preventer that was connected to the boiler and forgot to reinstall it. This had been installed on the previous boiler and was required by law. It was laying on the floor. I called them back, told them they needed to reattach this as it is required by law and they came back and put it back on. Now approximately six months later, I had a RP backflow inspection that is required annually. The backflow inspection failed and it leaked in the brand new boiler Fountain Valley had just installed. The inspector noticed Fountain valley made a mistake putting two backflow preventers on the boiler now, instead of just the single testable backflow device that should be attached to the boiler. There are now two devices, one that is testable (the one I had them reattach) and one they installed that does not need to be there and is not testable. If someone at fountain valley knew what they were doing they would not have installed the non testable device as it was redundant. I didn't need it and yet I was charged for it. In addition, they turned both valves to the backflow device off causing water pressure issues. I called fountain valley and told them the backflow preventer is leaking and my inspection failed. Matt, the owner came out and proceeded to start yelling at both my plumber and me. He swore at us and used extremely vulgar language claiming they did nothing wrong. They obviously didn't know what they were doing. They installed a duplicate backflow device that isn't testable, messed up my testable backflow device and turned off both valves to the device. I had to pay the inspector/plumber on site to fix all of their mistakes on a brand new boiler. Ridiculous. I will never use them again.

I had a second floor bathroom toilet plumbing leak into my living room right before the 4th of July holiday weekend. I also had family visiting during the toilet leak and their company and scheduler was able to get me on their BUSY schedule 2 days after I called for service on a Sunday afternoon through American Home Shield - home warranty. By 6/30 Tuesday at 8AM, there was a plumber over to assess the situation. Then a remediation team arrived later that day. The home was remediated and cleaned up for a few days. Their attention to detail even with the plastic draping to protect the contents inside the home was very much appreciated. Their exceptional customer service and dedication to doing the job right truly set them apart. I will definitely refer them to family and friends for any future plumbing or restoration needs. A special Mahalo Nui Loa - Thank you very much to the WWPHC team Robert - plumber, Zach Duncan and Garron for their hard work and professionalism. One downside to Cooper is that they only do heating and cooling--they won't fix your toilet. But for what they do cover, they are great.

When you place a service call plan to spend at least 10 minutes on the phone with an AI representative taking all your information. And it seems like they've got it all and then you get an actual representative calling you back and that's another 10 minutes. Then they tell you that they don't even service your unit anymore. It's another company in Colorado Springs that handles it so you have to call that company. If my unit was over five years old, I could see where this would be fairly normal but for that much money, I would think it could work fairly well being only two years old. The use of an AI agent is very frustrating, especially when you have to repeat all of the information to a live agent all over again. When I called the other company, they don't have 24/7 agents I had to leave a voicemail. It was 8:30pm at the other company called back thank God. I ordered this HVAC through Costco. I don't think I'm going to order serviced or products from them again. The other technician who is coming out on Weds is actually very professional -- please know that my one star rating has nothing to do with him.
