Fair price, easy to get to and very helpful staff. They didn't try to sell more than needed. They helped me figure out how to place everything in the cooler and I was in and out in 5 minutes. The ice cream cake made it to NY solidly frozen and we were able to keep it in the cooler for a total of 7 hours without any melt. We also kept our additional pints of ice cream in there during the celebrations.

After frantically putting all the frozen items in another freezer/fridge combo and as much refrigerated stuff in said other freezer/fridge, I got there much later than the 20 minutes the map said it would take. Once I got there, he asked about what I needed and when I requested dry ice, he actually suggested regular block ice in order not to ruin my refrigerator contents (dry ice would be too cold). So, instead of spending more, I paid less AND didn't freeze my refrigerator items. I also found out they make large cubes for alcoholic beverages - super Crystal clear, too - I got some of those for my hubby (look, it's been a long day - we started with the sump pump dying and had to deal with that, shop-vac-ing the carpets from the resulting flood, and then the daughter tells us around 4:30pm that the fridge/freezer has died - hubby NEEDS A DRINK! ) and he was so happy to have them! Thank you so much - I will think of you guys next time we need ice or dry ice for anything!

Also, ice would clump together into huge hunks that needed to be tossed. They took awhile to respond, but the tech who showed up did what he could, and it fixed the frosting on the rear wall. It took several weeks to order the part for the ice maker, but once they received it, they were very flexible about showing up for the installation. The repairman was very respectful, wore a mask, and was finished the install in 30 minutes. The icemaker now works like a champ, and we're thrilled. The PART was expensive (hey.. it's Sub-Zero) but labor was very reasonable. Very few appliance places even want to touch 40-year-old high-end appliances. I heartily recommend them.

I was ultimately told to buy a new dryer by a so-called tech who had not even been out to diagnose the appliance. The problem turned out to be the timer switch, a 5 minute fix and a $60 part.
