I waited 2 hours for tent setup after confirming on the same day. When tent was setup it was fifthly. Completely dirty inside out. When I complained I was told "yeah I thought about how dirty it was but sent it out anyway." Really what kind of business does that. I rented a portable potty that was delivered 2 days after tent and a week after event it has still not been picked up. Tent was picked up 5 hours after confirming pick up time. As for some kind of money back well I'm still waiting since they wanted to get tent back in store and inspect it REALLY!!!!!!

Rented 3 tables and 24 chairs with their weekend special and did not need a reservation to do so…read more We showed up at about 1:30pm on a Friday and apparently that is their busy time but we were in and out within 10-15 minutes. They are very friendly and efficient. I was worried that all of that stuff wasn't going to fit in my Lexus RX 350 so we brought my other SUV which is the same size and the rep assured me one car was enough and plenty big and sure enough he got everything nice and neat in there with room to spare. I also like the fact that the return date is on a Monday vs a Sunday. Will definitely use them again in the future.
