I read the other comments and was a bit nervous but felt to give them a chance mainly cause I liked their location being close by St. Cloud. But we had zero negative things to say. It was setup a day early and picked up exactly when they said it would be the day after our event. My communications and contact was minimal and they kept everything professional. We rented the adrenaline rush 2pc which was technically too big for our yard but our next door neighbor was happy to let us share a couple feet into their yard. Leaping to fun was a positive experience and I would highly recommend giving them a try and let them prove themselves worthy of your positive review. read more

They only communicated from text, so I was able to handle things on my own timeline. They were prompt with delivered, the bounce house was clean and worked perfectly the whole time we had it. I booked this company as recommended from a neighbor, but the communication here is nonexistent. I was told the slide would be dropped off within a two hour window the day before my party on Saturday, and I was initially impressed and relieved that it would be here so much earlier than the party. However, the team showed up 6 hours late, at 10:30pm to set it up. Nobody contacted me to let me know it would be late and I had to ask repeatedly when it would arrive. I was annoyed that they showed up so late the night before we were having a party, but my relief to just have it on time outweighed those feelings. The party was great and had no issues. I was told the slide would be picked up on Monday instead of the Sunday, which, okay, I get if they are busy on the weekends or whatever. However, when Monday arrived, I again had to ask repeatedly when it would be picked up. I was told at 7PM that it would have to be picked up the following day. No timeframe given, I requested first thing in the morning and was not responded to. The day is now more than half over and I have still not heard a single word or had any texts responded to about when this slide will be picked up, and we are going on day 4 of posing as a free storage facility for them, killing our grass and taking up yard space for our dogs. read more

Inquired about bounce house for party, never responded back. Is this business still in operation? If it is, poor customer service.

We feel that this company didn't do right by us and we would never refer them to anyone. Their bounce house initially worked well. After it rained on it we had a hard time getting it to inflate again. ( written instructions would have been helpful ) The free chairs were rusted so they leaked rusty water on the patio. We spoke to the company a few times and their only response was an apology but no kind of compensation was ever offered. We had the bounce house for two and a half days but it only worked correctly for about two hours. read more

I will never use them again. I had over 100 people at my party and I made sure to let them know not to work with this company for future events. My event started at 1pm and at 1:09 I decided to call and see how far they were to come set things up as people were showing up. I was sent to voicemail. I said that's weird sent a text and then just went along to finish welcoming my guests. By 1:20 I started to get angry I called 4 times back to back and I was being sent to voicemail again! The owner refused to respond to my messages until much later and the rental didn't show up till 1:40. If something had happened I would have appreciated to be emailed or something that there was a delay so I wouldn't be expecting it at that time. But I was not contacted at all by this company. All of my questions were ignored the owner seems to not care about his business or business in general. If the crew had been here on time the guests could have used the rental but because they were 40 mins late, it began to rain and the rental was not able to be used for my entire event. Disappointed is an understatement. The drivers were very nice but the boss or whoever I've been trying to contact is who I have the issue with. If this is the way they run things I will stir everyone I know away from them. We have 5 parties coming up and I will not be using them for any of them. read more
