We have had the experience of several of the teachers and each have been just amazing. He has shown tremendous improvement in all areas of early childhood development - vocabulary and language, reading, writing, numbers, geography and overall social skills. All credit goes to the dedicated teachers, the Montessori curriculum and the class environment this school has created for children. The great thing about this school is that it is nothing like a typical day-care. It follows a popular Montessori system where teachers follow a curriculum to teach specific skills to children based on their age and ability. The flexible system allows children to pick up on things they love to do, master it and then move on to something new. I found the school environment homey & comfortable yet professional and safe. The classes are big and bright with tons of educational material. Another thing I love about this school is that the teachers are very honest with you and work with you to help your child in areas that they need extra help with. Teachers consistently encouraged our child, fed his appetite for new and exciting learning needs, provided feedback and involved parents through out the school year via activities. Our son is in a safe and very nurturing environment, he is learning and having fun at the same time. What more could parents ask for? We ultimately withdrew her after ongoing concerns about communication, follow-through, and basic care. The first time I was told that my daughter was experiencing "severe, daily issues" in her classroom was on 11/13/25, when the owner, Susan Burrow, stated that she was overwhelmed at school and unable to keep up with peers. This was surprising, as her teachers had consistently reported that she was having good days with only occasional incidents. The following day (11/14/25), I met with the Assistant Director, Blanne Burrow, to discuss simple, low-effort strategies that could help support my daughter when she became overstimulated. He took notes, and I sent a follow-up email summarizing our discussion. Later that afternoon, I received a call from the owner stating that none of the accommodations worked, despite it being only a few hours since our initial conversation. She also requested an "updated" diagnosis for my daughter's autism. I had to explain to a childcare provider that autism is a lifelong neurodevelopmental disability and that the diagnostic criteria do not expire. On 11/21/25, I followed up with my daughter's lead teacher to ask whether the suggested accommodations had been shared with her. She could only recall one item, which made it clear the list had not been communicated or implemented in any real way, despite assurances that these strategies had already been attempted. There were also two separate occasions when I discovered that my daughter had not been changed for an extended period, resulting in soaked clothing and irritation: * 11/26/24: I noticed at home that she was still wearing the pull-up I had put on her that morning. It was fully saturated, her pants were wet, and she had had a bowel movement that caused irritation. I reported this immediately to the director and her teachers. * 10/1/25: I noticed the same situation when picking her up--wet pants, soaked pull-up, and a bowel movement. I brought her back inside to be cleaned and informed her teachers and the front desk, and notified the director the next day. These were not isolated communication issues. They became a pattern of concerns regarding transparency, follow-through, and basic care expectations. After weeks of trying to collaborate and advocate, we made the difficult decision to withdraw. After speaking with several staff members, I learned that my experience was not an isolated case. I was told that Primrose has pressured other families to withdraw children who fall outside what the school views as 'the norm.' I also learned that staff are not given any training on how to work with children who have special needs, despite repeated requests from teachers for that support. Every child deserves to feel supported, safe, and cared for at school. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here.

A large part of me wants to stay silent--because it's easier. But another part of me knows I need to speak out, if only to warn other families. What we witnessed at FRCS wasn't just favoritism--it was a pattern of corruption that began at the top, with the newly appointed pastor, and trickled straight through the administration. At the center of this pattern was a husband-and-wife duo--both administrators--who, in the fall of 2024, devised a plan that directly benefited their child, while overlooking other students. We learned of this scheme through their own child. In the months that followed, their student worked to advance that scheme--lying, slandering peers, and creating a false narrative, all make that "advantage" seem genuine. Our daughter became a direct target of those lies. Classrooms full of students witnessed the behavior. When we brought our concerns to the principal--this student's father--he denied the possibility of wrongdoing. We escalated our concerns to the pastor, imploring him to look into even broader accusations of cheating, dishonesty, and ethical violations. We hoped someone in leadership would take a stand for what's right. Instead, after weeks of meetings, we sat in stunned silence at the 2025 graduation ceremony as this same student was honored--not with one, but two Christian character awards. We had done everything the right way. We remained private. We spoke respectfully. We went to the appropriate leaders. We presented clear concerns. And in return, it was completely dismissed. This isn't about awards. It's about integrity. It's about what it means to be a Christ follower, especially when no one is watching. FRCS had an opportunity to stand for truth. Instead, they chose favoritism. To be clear, we have a clean conscience before God. We didn't exaggerate. We didn't lie. We told the truth. And yet, we were met with denial and performative "resolutions" that resolved nothing. The damage done that day won't be forgotten--by us, by our daughter, or by the many students and parents who were just as stunned. The message FRCS sent was loud and clear: corruption will be rewarded if it comes from within the "church". If you have a student who excels academically, athletically or in any other way, know there is a high likelihood they will be overlooked for more favored students.

Our son was expelled from the MTCS Pre-K program after only 3.5 days of service. He has been…read morediagnosed with sensory processing disorder, and the school said they could handle it. However, they were ill-equipped to handle our child's needs and made the excuse that he was violent and defiant. We only heard he was violent and defiant when we were asked to leave on Day 3.5 no prior indication was given. It appears they admit that their staff could not handle our son's needs. He has since been re-enrolled in another Pre-K and has been thriving there. They are refusing to refund any of the $250 registration fee that we had to pay when we enrolled him, and state it was to pay to have their administration to enter him in the computer (no tangible items were purchased). They essentially deceived us that they could handle our son's needs, and are now refusing to admit they are the ones that lead us to make the mistake of enrolling him there. We were told they would pray for us, but we cannot return. We would have never paid the registration fee if we knew he could be terminated within 3.5 days of enrollment, and I don't know anyone who would. Stay far away from this place, and if you love your child put them somewhere else. This facility is only after the almighty dollar not the almighty savior.
