I worked with Dr. Jonathan, Nataly at the front desk, Simone, Emily, Kevin and the other Kevin...LOL They are kind, empathetic, humorous, and encouraging. I felt comfortable going through the treatment, they were receptive to my concerns, and implemented adjustments based on my feedback and comments. The atmosphere is pleasant and professional. They all work as a team and support each other. Communication with Natalie, the office manager was wonderful. Making appointments is easy and flexible. They are open from 8-4 Mon, Wed, and Fri and 8-6 on Tue and Thursday. Dr. Jonathan is trained in dry needling which was a game changer for me. I introduced my husband to the practice for balance and posture. He feels the same way I do about the staff. They were able to help him and now he is able to continue the program at home. What a great team!

Over a few short months, they were professional, kind and personable while pushing me to get better at my pace. By the end, I enjoyed going to see them twice a week and always felt better afterwards. You can tell that they took great pride in making sure everyone had a tailored treatment plan which is impressive given the range of patients and treatment needed. Dr. Jonathan, Simone and Kevin were my primary therapists but everyone I interacted with there were awesome. I couldn't recommend them more if you're in need of a PT!

I know all of us are facing challenges that have us riddled with anxiety, depression, etc.....but it absolutely matters that a PT patient feels listened to by their therapist. Taran goes above and beyond what I would ask for in a physical therapist. Going to PT is my FAVORITE part of my week. Taran always has a huge smile on her face when I enter the room. She absolutely touched my heart with her story of telling someone else how you would never guess what one of her patients has been through and is going through. Taran said it's because I am always so positive, upbeat, and happy. That I'm a beautiful person inside and out. That's the best thing I've heard in a while, and yes, I cried lol. I highly recommend this beautiful soul, who absolutely loves what she does. I could never thank her enough because while PT workouts are excruciating, she makes it easy to accomplish with her love for her career and people!

Sarah, Jason and Chris are awesome. My muscles and nerves were a mess and they weren't responding to much but the PT's didn't give up. They tried different therapies until they found ones that worked to get everything loosened up. I loved how the session ended with a nice large hotpad for about 7 minutes. (It's different for everyone.) They are caring and you can tell they love what they do...helping people get better and have a better life. They are centrally located in the Buffington Building in Olney.

The front desk staff is so unbelievably unprofessional, rude and extremely bothered by the fact…read morethey have to do anything. I have a friend that lives in Olney and was interested in pain management options but after reading the reviews on Yelp and my personal experience with the staff I'm disgusted. No thanks!

If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid at all costs. I had a chondroplasty and lateral release…read moredone which is a pretty minor surgery considering knees. I was guaranteed I'll be great in no more than 6-8 weeks, 10 at most. I'm 6 months post surgery and still not 100%. I went to the PT there for 15 weeks or so post surgery. Dr Higgins will sweet talk you and you'll agree with everything he says. In fact at my 2nd check up he told me to get back to weight training when i couldn't walk up stairs or get out of a chair without pain. I went to him multiple times to figure out why I wasn't recovering..why I have more pain and was more limited now than previous to surgery. He kept promising me everything was fine or do these stretches and it'll all clear up. Guess what, it didn't. I tried every physical therapist there. They just kept trying similar things and expecting different results. They're all very nice people but it's like a factory. They go through dozens of people a day, so you'll see the therapist for 20-30 minutes then be sent off to do exercises on your own. They don't really supervise you either, so in week 10 or so the one therapist noticed I was doing an exercise wrong, after 10 weeks of doing it wrong. I got put on I think 4 different prescriptions to help inflammation. Literally it seemed like they were just trying anything and hope it worked. It really felt like they weren't experts. The front desk people tend to seem bothered when you call or do anything other than pay a bill or check in. I also probably asked Higgins to call me 2 or 3 times, either in person to the front desk or by calling. One time I was there nearly in tears cause I was in so much pain still 8 weeks post and was told they'd have him call me in the morning. Big surprise, he never called. It took forever to get a response to questions I had sometimes it seemed. Finally I still don't understand how they do billing but I think they submitted my stuff to insurance then would come back to me for the balance which makes sense and is cool except they'd only send me a bill every so often so I'd get a $700 bill or so out of the blue. This happened a few times for a few hundred dollars each time. So after many weeks(months really), multiple appointments a week, and thousands of dollars I'm worse off than I was before surgery. You may have a better experience but I cannot recommend anyone to this place in good faith.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ring for more than a decade. He is the best Chiropractor I have known…read moreand his approach is in keeping with the tenets of Chiropractic treatment - to consider all pathways to optimal health. Such pathways can include environment, nourishment, nurturing, and physical fitness. Dr. Ring combines Chiropractic adjustments with the principles of Chinese medicine such as acupressure along with attempting to identify & eliminate toxins in a patient's environment & foods. Modifying one's diet may reduce or eliminate undesirable physical symptoms such as migraines, irritable bowel syndrome etc. Dr. Ring strengthens the body by recommending whole food supplements, as needed, which happen to be the least toxic form of supplementation, and/or exercises to aid in maintaining optimal posture thereby reducing neck/shoulder strain, or aid in healing a frozen shoulder, etc. I have only experienced tremendous physical relief in Dr. Ring's care. After a new patient appointment where Dr. Ring evaluates you to discover the source of your pain, a treatment plan is developed & you need to be seen frequently like 2-3 times per week until your pain/symptoms resolve. Dr. Ring has never required patients to come frequently after their pain/symptoms have resolved. He offers a free, optional-but-recommended informational session one evening a week for new patients, to explain more about Chiropractic and why it can provide better health. Simple and standard topics are covered in this session such as reducing refined sugar & stimulant intake, eating organic foods & meat, increasing water intake etc. When I failed to adhere to his dietary recommendations over two weeks, he was not judgmental at all - only supportive and nurturing. Once a patient's symptoms - that brought them to Dr. Ring in the first place - have resolved, patients come once every few months and are considered to be in a maintenance phase. The goal is not to make money; rather, it is to alleviate pain or undesirable physical symptoms. Former patients travel from surrounding states just to continue to be treated by Dr. Ring because the caliber of his care cannot be found elsewhere.
