They have the best water delivery Tech, Mark. Ready to make adjustments on the spot, always helpful…read moreand professional and courteous. Thats why I stick with them.

Sparkletts is an awful company. Awful, but brilliant as well…read more Sparkletts goes to all the student dorms and offers students an easy, convenient way to get their water. In theory it's a fantastic service for college students. Some college students (in the dorms especially) do not have cars which makes it especially difficult to schlep gallons or bottles of water from the store to their dorm rooms. So that's the brilliant part, now I'll explain where the awful comes to play--their service. I was once a freshman in the dorms at the University of Arizona and I saw the value of having the water delivered to my room, especially because I didn't have a car my first year. I signed a contract with Sparkletts and that very day is when the trouble started. I had a contract that specified 2 cases of bottled water would be delivered every month. Every month somehow translated into every 2 weeks and then somehow became every single week!!! I was stacking cases up in a corner of my tiny dorm room and praying that they wouldn't all fall down on top of me. (question: if you're killed by being covered in water bottles, is it considered drowning?) We got the water delivery under control, but they refused to pick up the extra cases, so we just arranged to stop deliveries for 3 months. Unfortunately, we were charged as though we were still getting deliveries. We then contacted Sparkletts and managed to get the charges dropped. Eventually we just decided to stop the service all together. What was supposed to be a convenience turned out to be a bigger pain than schlepping the bottles back from the store. It's a bummer too, because I really do like their water...oh well

Palo Verde

I purchased a 5 gallon water jug here a couple years back and used to stop in to get my water here…read morefrom time to time. I always remembered being helped by a kind, older gentleman. I wanted to try and support their local business instead of filling up at a grocery store or express station. Before stopping in this visit, I should have taken it as a sign that it wouldn't be as pleasant if an experience seeing that no one else was there getting water. I pull my car in and turn off the engine as instructed. It takes an only a few minutes for an older woman to come out to greet me. Since it had been a while since I'd been there, I simply asked how much it was per gallon. The woman helping me informs me it's $1.30/ gallon. I was alarmed by the high prices and she informs me that it's only a little more than what Walmart charges. I planned to thank her for the information and respectfully decline but before I can do so, she starts to belittle me and speaks to me as if I'm a child while explaining the water filtration process (which I declined to hear but she insisted on telling me in a condescending tone anyway). She continued to scoff at me and gave me the most judgemental looks throughout our interaction. I felt so uncomfortable and wanted to leave immediately. The convenience or "water quality" that Water Street Station has to offer is not worth putting up with the rude, condescending woman working there. I'd much rather take my money and go to a place where I can fill my 5 gallons of water myself, in silence.

Friendly service. Good water. My only wish is that they were open later into the evening.read more
