Gabby was the only Stylist available last minute, but it worked in my favor. I was lucky to get an appointment within two hours for a blowout. I kinda miss the turn, so ended up parking on the street, but there is parking in the plaza lot that they are in. But otherwise there is plenty of street parking for free along Olive Avenue. Gabby is so sweet, and although I don't mind a heavy-handed Stylist, she is very gentle. The whole experience was very relaxing and satisfied with my end result. My only complaint and the reason I gave only four stars is, I didn't love the shampoo bowls. They don't have the rubber neck support in the bowls, and I just felt like I kept sliding down in the chair and it made me think too hard and not be able to enjoy the shampooing experience. I will definitely come back to see her on these days that I am feeling lazy. I just want to be pampered a little bit. I ended up having her flat iron as well. Blowout alone was $65 and with flat iron was $80 total.

Arax helped with my face framing, and another lovely lady (I missed her name) did my blowout. Everyone was so nice and supportive. They hyped me up after everything was done and made me feel absolutely beautiful. The salon itself was very cute and intimate. A warm, welcoming, clean setting, and everyone in there seemed very sweet as well. I will definitely continue to have Marina do my hair from here on out! Very pleased!

She was one of the most organized vendors I worked with during the wedding process. On the day of, Talin was professional, easy to talk to, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. I showed her a few inspiration photos and she executed the look I wanted perfectly. She also encouraged me to let her know if there was anything I wanted to adjust and made sure I was completely happy with the end result. I really appreciated that she provided a powder and lip touch-up kit, although I honestly only needed to reapply my lipstick throughout the night because the makeup held up beautifully! When I requested a full refund because the service was not performed as agreed, I was offered only a partial refund. The owner later called me and said that even this partial refund was a "favor" because they normally don't issue refunds. She also made a point of telling me that she has a legal education, which I found particularly surprising considering her apparent lack of understanding of basic consumer protection principles when a paid service is not delivered as agreed. Very disappointing service and an even more disappointing response to a legitimate customer complaint.
