He just stood out on our front porch for a moment not even with the cases in hand and then left a note on our door that said, "sorry we missed you" with the store number. I called and asked them to come back with my beer and they said it was not possible because they had too many orders. I canceled my order and got no refund at all on here. Avoid this liquor store completely. Worst customer experience I have ever had in my life.
