He does not know how to speak to people-at all. When customers try to calmly and respectfully explain themselves, he cuts them off mid sentence, talks over them, and escalates situations that do not need to be escalated. There is no attempt at listening, understanding, or basic human decency. What makes it worse is the openly hostile and homophobic attitude. It's uncomfortable, inappropriate, and completely unacceptable in a business that serves the public. No customer should feel disrespected or targeted just for existing. Running a store does not give someone permission to be rude, dismissive, or hateful.
