Searched Yelp to help find catering for my daughters wedding. Reading through I was hopeful the food would be good but it was so much more than that. We had limited space in the venue so I was very happy that they were able to wait till after the ceremony to set up, didn't want the smell of food to interfere with the ceremony. The set up as super fast and they were ready to serve. The rice was some of the best i have had. The asada was excellent. The cost per person was more than excellent. We used them for catering. Everything was going great. Food was great, but we ordered for 80 people and the owner says he asked someone if he should keep serving. This someone wasn't fronting the bill. This someone also said he was never asked. They served almost 30 people additional plates and told us we owed another $215 dollars on top of the $650. So our $650 budget jumped to $865. This ruined our time at the wedding reception having to deal with this big mess. I really feel he was trying to make an extra buck. We ordered for 80, stop at 80. Guest we're going for seconds and we had to front that bill. The guest thought well there's more food so why let it go to waste? WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! DO NOT USE THEM. Had Rocio's cater a company event and let me tell you this was the best food and outstanding service! We I went with the taquitos (cold and hard but still tasty), tamales (moist and flavorful) and enchiladas (made fresh and so good) and no one was disappointed. Upon, meeting with them, both are very friendly, very kind and were also very patient with us, as it was a bit hard to decide what we wanted because all the food we sampled was so Delicious!!! First time we visited we loved everything we got. Tacos, wet burrito and pork tamales. Went again tonight. Tacos and asada fries were good but the cheese enchiladas I ordered were not. Also ordered two jalapeño cheese tamales. Masa tasted old like they had been In The fridge for a while. No flavor in the masa and the cheese inside was hard and inedible. I really like their drive thru. There isn't many places that have drive thrus with FRESH food. I get a number 5 which is 2 tacos with homemade fresh tortillas and rice and beans. They will make everything fresh which is nice and you don't have to get out of the car. If you want anything special like tamales you can call ahead so they can have fresh ones made. Ive has these before and they were great especially since they are always fresh. I've never tried their catering but I would assume it's good because I've really enjoyed their food I get. read more

Overcharged us by 30 people. They skimped on the food when they saw more people came. The girl serving used our plates we brought but her dad said they had to use their plates. Skimp on food they already had. Never asked us if we approved over 80 guest. Honestly we would have told him no. We had a budget to go by. We needed to stick with that budget.
