I am extraordinarily detail oriented (thanks to my Dad who is a contractor) and Tom picked up on that instantly. He constantly checked in with my husband to ensure that he was doing what we wanted. He called every time he clocked in and out and when he went on lunch. His prices are also incredible for the work he does. I am so thankful that the Lord brought us Tom. "I recommend avoiding this company; they are really difficult to deal with." I would like to get a…read morepayment of $18,523. I paid him $28,500 to remodel our guest bathroom and replace the carpet with vinyl flooring. We live in a modular house that has an area of 1,296 square feet. He gave us a quote of $6,800 for the bathroom and ended up being charged 8500.00. This amount of 6800.00 was approved by the VA because my dad is a veteran and has 100% disability. The original contract was for $25,547, but in the end, it cost us $28,500. My mom kept asking for a receipt, but we never got one, even though we paid him in cash. Our house is a total mess; many things have gone missing, like my grandfather's framed navy picture that was on my mom's nightstand, my dad's hearing aids are missing. The place was left in complete disarray. Justin told us we would need a motel for at least three days for the work to be finished. However, we ended up staying in one motel for a week and another for a week, so what was supposed to be three days turned into two weeks. I had to bring my dad back from the motel on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays because the VA picked him up for dialysis. I also told Justin that the painter was often just sitting in his truck on his phone or lounging in a chair inside the house. We were quoted $7,200 for the paint job and were instructed to purchase three 5gallon buckets of paint. However, the painter only used 1.5 gallons. Justin then told me that he was going to fire the painter and would not be paying him. "Where did the $7,200 go?" The painter did not receive payment, and my parents were not refunded either. A charge of $8,500 was added for the guest bathroom vanity and mirror, but these items were never installed. We received a bill for leaks in the toilet line that are not real. Justin informed us that Revibe will buy all the raw materials. The painter didn't use the drop cloths; we had to clean paint and overspray everything. A change order was added for the framing, but there was no need to replace the subfloor. We were charged 9,847.42 for the flooring. Justin only showed up twice and told me they did facetime I told Justin you can't see crap on facetime. We had to hire someone to come in and redo all the trim work and the house still needs to be painted. Justin was willing to make the project right but to much damage was done and didn't want them back out here should have been done right the first time after paying him 28,500.00 dollars. And he should have been on site managing his guys. "I will pause here and share some pictures instead." You can then determine for yourself how we were fully exploited.

Hired this contractor to install a new wood floor downstairs due to a…read moreleak from a pipe that ruined the prior floor. During the installation of the new floor another pipe busted causing water damage. The contractor only ripped up a portion of the new floor for replacement. Two new contractors have run moisture tests showing moisture underneath the floor that was not ripped up. Both contractors agree that moisture has moved throughout the downstairs causing the damage. The contractor for Luxury Wood and Stairs also stated the sealant used was not high traffic sealant causing further damage. The new floor appeared well done. Over the next two years multiple boards became uneven and separated from other boards. I contacted Frank, who I believe is the owner of the company, nothing short of 15 times. He always forwarded me to his floor manager Mo. Mo never returned my texts and calls to discuss what appeared to be faulty workmanship. Finally after roughly 30 months Mo and Frank evaluated the floor. They agreed to repair the floor but asked we give them a few weeks to get it on the schedule. Frank sent a long email outlining what they planned on doing. This is the last I have heard from Frank. Clearly we should not be having issues with a floor that is 2 to 3 years old. I strongly suggest you do not use this company.

Costs are more than reasonable, all crews have been extremely professional and courteous, not to mention the owner David...he is exceptional. They have individual foremen who specialize in specific trades, and run their respective crews. Very well run business model from what I've seen, and David clearly takes pride in the work he provides. We had some exterior paint peeling off after a few years of being applied, and David sent a crew out immediately to fix it all.
