The decor and ambience is casual but at the same time elegant. There are elegant details everywhere starting at the entrance door and throughout the restaurant - the table top, the metal stamped H, I, D or E letters imbedded randomly on the edge of the tables, to the hearth where their pastries and bread are baked and showcased, and the opaque glassed kitchen above the main dining area where you see outlines of the staff working. They really go above and beyond when they make a mistake or there is a problem! There was a slight problem with our bill (the price of the flights were £3 too high), and while it took them awhile to get it sorted, they made sure we were completely happy before we left.
