If you have a special occasion on the horizon, look no further. The staircase alone would be worth a visit, and if you get bored of your companions you can window shop for Porsches why you eat. On top of the incredible setting, the staff went above and beyond with their hospitality. They warmly congratulated us and even gave us a tour of the entire space. We got to see an elevator that stops at a secret spot, along with two private rooms on the second floor and three uniquely designed ones in the basement. Truly fantastic service. It's essentially a fancy breakfast tapas spot. While the overall vibe and service were amazing, the food was a bit hit-or-miss for the price: Truffled Eggs over Toast: Tasty, but way overpriced for what you get Croquette: Good French Toast: This came in a round shape, it was okay Mango: Delicious, lots of flavor, but literally just two tiny slices Chocolate Croissant: Definitely not worth it Go for the stunning design, unique atmosphere, and outstanding hospitality, but be selective with the menu!

Because of this, I'm always looking to try new places for wine. We happened to finish up our shopping on Jermyn street, and Fortnum and Mason were around the corner so we stopped in for something to relax. First, it is inside Fortnum and Mason and it's downstairs. So you must traverse through all the goodies to get to the place. It's not huge, but it is a nice place. They do wines by the bottle, glass or, if you're feeling super experimental, by the flight. I'm a huge fan of wine flights, and we opted for the champagne of the month flight. It was three glasses from their featured bubbly. And they were all good. The service can be a bit slow at times, but it's impeccable. They really go above and beyond when they make a mistake or there is a problem! There was a slight problem with our bill (the price of the flights were £3 too high), and while it took them awhile to get it sorted, they made sure we were completely happy before we left. (A little extra bubbly on the house? Don't mind if I do!) If I'm in the area, I'll be back. It's a bit pricier than other places, but it's nice to have a variety.

It was a Sunday afternoon, and were surprised how easily we were about to find seats even though it was packed like sardines upstairs. We started drooling over the cheese cart, so we ordered the selection of 3 for £12 (2 for £8, 5 for £15) and it came with a wonderful mix of crackers (or biscuits as you Brits call it) and bread. Definitely come here after a day of shopping in the area.

Both pastas were cooked to perfection and the sauces were fabulous. I had the crème brûlée and my wife had the Panna Cotta with Lemoncello both were home made and delicious as was the Lemoncello. Our server Donna was wonderful and we even met the owner Giovanni who stopped by the table to make sure we had a excellent dinner and we told him how disappointed we were to be leaving the next day and unable to return again for dinner. If you have the opportunity to dine here don't pass it up you won't regret it believe me. Back to NYC tomorrow

It's a quaint little Italian spot in the heart of London and it's a wonderful place to spend, especially at night. We ordered the Spaghetti alla Carbonara, the Strozzapreti Boscaiola, and a Bellini and Mimosa to go with our dinner. The food took just a little while to get here but I was sure that it was because they were taking their care with every dish the chefs made. I was right. The pasta was fresh, the sauce and the ingredients tasted very simple and hearty. It all tasted like my hypothetical imaginary nonna made it. The drinks were very good too and complimented the food nicely. Our waiter was absolutely the nicest guy ever. He was very attentive and made sure that we were happy with everything. In my head, I was going to tip him well, and then when we got the check, there was no option to tip. God save the UK. America could learn a thing or two about what it means to not make life all about work. That's beside the point. If you're in London, visit Bon Gusto. I can't wait to come again and happily hand them my money with the biggest smile on my face.

Disappointing would be an understatement. If I could give this place a negative star, I would. First of all, the place was almost empty when we arrived so we thought we would get served pretty quickly. Boy, were we mistaken! It took almost 15 minutes to just get the waitress over to get a menu and take our drinks over. After what seemed like an age, the drinks came out. But, she said she would be right back to take our dinner order. Nope! A couple more people came in and she forgot about us. 30+ later we ask for the manager so we can get our meal ordered. No apology from the manager, just attitude. In the end, the people that came in 15-20 minutes after us got served their appetizers and meals before we did! At the end of our meal, we spoke with the manager again. He didn't give a toss! Gave lots of excuses, served with an I don't give a $#!t attitude. To make matters worse, the food was awful! Don't waste your time or money on this place! The Naughty Piglet in Brixton is fantastic. This one is just horrible!!!
