I've had the house power washed before but never came out this clean and with the attention to detail. They took their time and attacked all the areas, even hard to reach spots. They thoughtfully used the right chemicals to break down spots as needed. I have a stucco home so they recommended and did a soft wash. Plus nailed the balconies. I'm sure they spent a lot more time than they expected but was much appreciated. On the sales side was honest, no upsells when they came out, honored the pricing, rarer than you think. When I realized the house was free, he managed to fit us in with just one day's notice (even though he usually books a week out), which was such a huge help. On the day of the job, he and his crew showed up on time, worked quickly, and left the house looking fantastic - they soft washed the entire house, cleaned the windows on both stories, washed and reinstalled all the screens, cleaned the solar panels, and even cleaned out the gutters. What impressed me most was how communicative and courteous JC was. Since I couldn't be there in person, he sent me plenty of photos and videos of the work, and he also pointed out an issue with the roof that I never would have known about otherwise.
