We ordered the side walls because of rain and wind forecast (it poured!) and we were very happy as they all had arched clear windows with panes. The 10 round tables and 84 padded chairs were also in great shape and did not sink into the ground. The communication was spot on, he responded to every question and add-on, the porta potty was clean. I am so pleased that we chose TL Tents & Rentals and several people at the event asked for their number for future events. TL has a permanent place in my phone contacts and we will be using them again! Thanks Tucker and your crew for such a professional job and lovely tent, tables and chairs. It made the day!

Mike was AMAZING. We hired him to DJ our wedding based off a friend's recommendation and were blown…read moreaway by him and his work. He legitimately enjoys what he does, is good at it, and does whatever he can to make his clients' day special. He was great at reading the crowd and playing music to get people on the dance floor, took guest requests, and made sure everyone had a great time. His son, Mike came with him and got guests on the dance floor and taught them line dances. Our wedding guests loved them and by the end of the night, they felt like family. Mike is a true professional and it's obvious he cares about his clients. I can't say enough good things about Spectrum Sounds and would recommend Mike to anyone!

I have worked with Flower City Rentals for 4 years. This year we had the worst customer service…read moreever and because of it will no longer be using this company. We rented a blow up slide as always from them and had no communication the week of about when they we would be dropping off or to confirm the order. I called them the day of and they acted annoyed that I was calling to see what time they would be coming. When they finally arrived they set the slide up backwards so the kids would be sliding into our fence. When I asked them to turn it around they did but were clearly upset about it. Since we rented a waterslide it needed to be hooked up to the hose. They had nothing but difficulties hooking up the hose and actually broke the piece that was to hook up. I saw the set up people all look at each other like "Oh Crap" they said they couldn't get it but kept insisting they had to go and then left. When my husband got home from work he confirmed the waterslide was not going to work with how they left it. I called the office which was closed, I then immediately emailed them letting them know we were having issues. My husband and neighbor were able to get something to work but not perfect as we now had a water shooting out of the connection but there was water on the slide. My husband and neighbor also had to move the deflated 18ft waterslide from side to side to get the trap underneath the waterslide because when the set up crew adjusted the slide they didn't fix the tarp which was no longer underneath at all. On Monday I received and email from the company insinuating I was lying, requesting pictures and said they would give me $50 since we were able to use the waterslide. When the same guys who set the waterslide up came back to pick it up one went to the bathroom in my neighbors yard (all of which was caught on ring camera). Even after all of this the company said too bad. Good Customer Service and appreciation for repeat clients goes along way. This company has neither and clearly doesn't care about anything but making money. They have now lost ours forever and don't suggest anyone rent from them.

We had Jim Tino as our DJ, and he was the straight up bomb!…read more When we had our meeting with him a few weeks before the wedding we felt like we were in good hands! We gave him a crazy list of 11 pages worth of songs to pick and play from, but my husband, myself and Jim knew that all couldn't be played. So Jim decided during dinner to play some of our songs that we had on our list! Jim did such an outstanding job for our ceremony music, introductions and reception! Everything went really well! Jim did a great job at feeling out the vibe of everyone and played what songs some people requested and what he felt like were going to vibe well. My husband and I felt that Jim did a great job and he went above and beyond our expectations. Funny thing is Go Sound System did my Dad's and Stepmom's wedding back in 2005! I am so glad I went with go sound! It didn't sound like a night club and each song was played through!! I've been to too many weddings where it sounds like a night club or the music doesn't vibe right! You will not be unhappy! Plus go sound is super affordable and reliable!
