Everything from the facility to the owner, teachers, staff, and other students is excellent! One of the first things one of the senseis asked my wife and I was: What things do your children need work on in their daily lives? Was it focus, fear, respect, athleticism, etc.. These things and more are taught to all the students (Along with Karate) when attending lessons at Faust. Side Note: I like how the Senseis rotate in and out when teaching the students. Hopefully, when we can afford it, my wife will also start training there.

The instruction is outstanding and, as a guest, I felt totally at home with everyone there and left with nothing but smiles (and few well-earned battle bruises.) Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and this studio offers lots of different class times and formats. All of the instructors at the classes I attended were energetic, fun, and clearly very seasoned. They all were excellent at cuing and chose fantastic song sets. As I gush to everyone who will listen, Jazzercise has changed my life by making my workouts fresh, sustainable, and an absolutely blast. East Rochester's studio is Jazzercise at its best. Love it!
