Robson Property Management has been great to work with. I really appreciate how professional, responsive, and helpful they are.

Robson Property Management has been great in assisting me. The staff is professional and friendly. Shelly was a great help in getting me connected to the right person to help me resolve my issues. They all went above and beyond to help me. read more

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY, DO NOT USE ROBSON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. I live in a 20-story condo building, and since Robson Property Management took over, we have seen zero meaningful improvements... but plenty of negative changes. They removed all personnel who knew the property and fired them. They replaced them with their own employees (which is understandable), but then paid them far above our budget, increasing costs without added value. They eliminated resident access to the Management Office. We were literally told "don't bother them." Doors were removed and a wall was built so residents could not access the office. RPM personnel referred to residents using inappropriate names like "Team Ugly." I overheard this personally. Questions sent via email are rarely answered directly. Instead we receive vague, runaround responses with no real information. Overall communication and professionalism have been extremely poor. Unfortunately, interactions with specific staff members, particularly Marianna and Gem, have been especially unprofessional and dismissive. Luckily Marianna is no longer here, but Gem is unfortunately still around. This company has created frustration, reduced transparency, and lowered confidence in the management of our property. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them read more

The worst property management company I have experienced. They are rude, combative to owners, do not make themselves available (telling owners they have to book appointments to speak with staff, then offering appointments 2 weeks out), and are extremely unprofessional (calling owners too stupid to read a statement, etc...). Speaking of their statements, they are terrible, showing balances currently due that are not due for 6 months out. They are terribly slow to communicate, not posting financials and owner communications for weeks or months after they are due, etc... They are expensive!! There is no value here! Avoid at all costs! read more

Our HOA's experience with Robson Property Management has been one of the most frustrating and costly we could have imagined. The accounting failures alone should disqualify them from managing any HOA. Robson does not track Accounts Payable - a basic, non-negotiable requirement of sound financial management. When we flagged this, we were told their software doesn't support it. No workaround was ever implemented. When our board turned over to members with accounting backgrounds, we had no idea what the HOA actually owed. After weeks of digging and tracking down vendors ourselves, we uncovered a debt load of a magnitude that shocked even our most seasoned board members - all of it invisible under Robson's watch. The property manager herself was another serious problem. She was frequently off-site with no notice, and it was nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone - calls were routinely ignored or hung up on. Emails fared no better: they were often ignored entirely, and when responses did come they were vague non-answers or assurances that things were "being looked into," with virtually no follow-through. Financials and meeting minutes were posted late - sometimes by months. Requests for documents members are legally entitled to went unanswered even when submitted in writing. Physical access to management wasn't much better. The doors to the management office - which had at least allowed residents to see whether anyone was present - were removed and replaced with a solid wall. Staff presence became impossible to verify, even in an emergency. When our new board evaluated her performance and declined to continue with her as office manager, the departing manager returned HOA-owned devices with all data deliberately erased - raising serious questions about what records no longer exist. We want to be balanced: the prior board shares some of the blame for letting things get this far. But Robson is a professional management company and the failures here - financial, communicative, and ethical - are theirs to own. Avoid them. read more

As a resident of Central Park, living under the direct management of Robson Management Company, I can tell you, run (or sell) if they take over your HOA. The experience has been miserable. Failed project after project (they seemingly never start, and when they do, then they seem to never end). Rising costs, rude personnel, complete lack of communication and transparency. This is the 5th HOA I have experienced, and it was by far the worst! Can we give less stars? If I could, I would! read more

I have owned condos at Central Park in Tulsa since 2005. I have had a storage unit since 2015 which I was billed for yearly. This year they are billing me monthly at 400% higher rate then what I was paying. I have called/emailed/f2f requesting information and they say the can not help me. Also, they did not disclose this increase in income to the HOA board so where is it going? read more

My son moved here and had his trailer parked at the curb for 2 days. Someone from the property management came by and told us that he had to move it immediately. There is a neighbor down the street who parks his trailer on the street every weekend. And I've seen other infractions that go unnoticed. Seems the rules dont apply to everyone. read more

Professional and tried to make our building that was so horribly managed into a diamond. I wish that they would've had more years because I really think they were worth it. I'm very disappointed in our board for not having sense to stay with this management company. read more
