Again, 100% disabled Veteran. I had climb out of the truck, move the can out of the middle of the driveway where that little POS leaves every week. That's it. Im moving on to the next service. IDGAD if it cost me more. To avoid an assault charge on that little trash ant of a human being, I'm just switching services. Do not recommend, totally unprofessional, they literally throw trash in my yard out of the trash can , I called and spoke to the manager he is trying to justify why they threw trash in the yard, totally unacceptable, I will never do service with them again, I do not recommend they services at all ill be posting video footage of both incidents. read more

I filed several complaints with Hoke county about how much trash liquid is leaked out in front of my driveway. I know the Health department assigned police officer followed up. Yet they still continue to leak trash liquid all over our neighborhood. It's a simple fix and they just won't do it. read more

After having numerous issues with AOK Sanitations (which we had for several years) we changed our trash service to ROB's. We've had ROB's for a couple years and lately we've had a lot more problems with them! We pay for twice a week, though our trash can is often Not Even Completely Filled and certainly not overloaded and/or with trash piled outside of it like other neighbors routinely do. And yet: *The main, imperative issue is they can NOT Be Relied On To PICK UP/Empty OUR TRASH! Over the last few months there's been a couple times when they've not picked up anyone's trash on our street (those who use Robs) and it was not due to weather. AND several times they've not emptied ONLY Our Trash Can, leaving it untouched at our curb! OK, I can understand them not touching our trash twice when our payment was a little late... BUT the few other times (most recently today) there's no reason why our garbage should not have been emptied and we were given no explanation until finally reaching someone who said it was due to the WEIGHT -HUH?! Usually trash is inherently heavy, DUH, and that's simply part of the job. -- ROB's THIS SOUNDS LIKE A "YOU" PROBLEM. -- If your employees/workers are unable to move/lift a trash can perhaps you should hire those capable of performing their duties, and/or utilize garbage trucks with a working ASL (Automated Side Loader: mechanical arms that lift & dump trash can) (-be sure it doesn't damage cans, that's happened more than once to us!) You could also distribute/use smaller, less cumbersome trash cans/bins (of all the places I've lived I've never had such a large garbage can!). ~Also, it why should we have to pay for those times Rob's is intentionally not picking trash up//not providing us trash service?! Additionally, ROBs is very difficult to get in contact with during their very limited hours they're actually available by phone! They need to improve their customer service and work ethic, AND have an actual legit website in order to keep customers informed and another way to contact them, pay bills, etc.. Also, please stop leaving emptied can/bin in the road. * PLEASE Resolve whatever issue(s) are causing the weight of a trash can to be your excuse for not picking up/emptying it! TY read more

We have had robs for five years now and they are wonderful. I have had them miss a day only a couple of times in all this time and when I call about it, they get someone out. They are super friendly as well when I call each month to make a payment or for whatever else. Highly recommend! read more

I don't actually have Robs Trash thank god. I just moved into a house and the owners had left heir trash and when I called to get their trash picked up I came home to this. When I called them about it they said it wasn't their problem. "We would get fined for it." Neat I have an HOA I will be too for you throwing cans in my yard. At least place them. I'm lucky they didn't bust open and spill. Thought about switching to them but definitely won't now. read more

They continually leave trash throughout the neighborhood. Today, 1/3/2022, every time the truck stopped, it compacted and left piles of trash and broken glass. Attempted calling, but never an answer. read more

Trash is right! I pay for 2x/wk pickup & they have picked up once in 2 wks. Not the first time they've done it. Commented on their Facebook about prorating my bill & I got blocked & all my comments deleted. Horrible service, you're better off taking your own trash to the dump. Will be canceling my service. read more
