Didn't think much of it until I received a notification the next morning. $100 dollars was removed from my checking account by Miss Princess to her account. (my phone is dead and I have to get another as soon as I do I will try and upload the verification of this transaction). If you don't know the app it's hard to explain right now. Lucikly she thought was a dumb old white woman who didn't know any better but I am college educated with a master's degree in social work so I got a few good cells going on in my head. I'm no MENSA member but I do ok. She finally answered my call after calling constantly. She denied of course that she didn't know how it happened especially when she knew I ALWAYS paid them in cash and had the DAY BEFORE, so there was no need for any other transfer of funds, the woman stole $100 dollars from me, luckily she gave it back so I didn't press charges. I take responsibility for not securing my account information she found, apparently. I trusted too much because I worked with the man's mother at a Scotland County agency. I respected her she was an employee for well over 30 years. As parents we hope our children learn right from wrong, but i heard from his aunt that lives in my apartment complex So it was my fault for letting my guard down, but if you need help cleaning they don't do the deep clean if you need it. They may do better for higher-paying jobs but I couldn't afford them much. They didn't move my furniture to clean. Please don't use them if you don't want to be robbed of items or funds. I am giving you a word to the wise!!! if you use them and get robbed and didn't take this review to heart too bad!!!!!!!! don't say you weren't warned!!!!

I did not notice the item misssing because it is a rarely used item until I went to look for it The guys cleaning the carpets were the only persons to ever enter the bedroom closet. If you value your time and sanity DO NOT use ServPro contractors to repair the damage to your home!…read more The team that comes in to clean up after water damage, etc is great, but the delays, miscommunications, bad subcontracted labor, poor workmanship, lack of supervision or follow-up, all under the "management" of ServPro contractors will have you wishing you had just hired a construction company to do all the work. EVERY step of our process has been a problem. We only needed LVP and tile placed in an approx 2100 sq ft house and lower kitchen cabinets. We are now on month SEVEN waiting for them to complete this. From flooring being installed incorrectly, movers damaging our furniture, cabinets not being painted or installed correctly, countertops installed upside down, plumbing needing correcting . . . literally everything has required multiple trips to complete and/or repair additional issues created. I tried reaching out to the owners at month six via email, but they could not bother to reply and I had to speak to someone in the office after 3 additional phone calls. We are still no further along. I suppose as long as the insurance checks go into their account they do not care how long your home is in disarray or how much frustration their team creates. There is no accountability and no recourse, although it was offered that they "just stop working" . . . Gee thanks.
