I was told by RV Station in September of 2021 that they were advised by A&D battery has a 3 year warranty. When RV Station contacted A&D about the defective battery and it was still within the 3 year warranty period they were advised the warranty was just 1 year. Explanation from A&D since RV Station was a commercial customer 1 year warranty policy. My understanding is if I had purchased the battery the same battery as a retail customer is warranty was 3 years. I think this is unfair I am the end user impacted by a policy that penalizes me adding significant financial burden because of a smoke and mirrors policy for the financial advantage of A&D.
