I did have store credit one time for well over a year and as long as you hold onto the receipt, they continue to honor it. If I remember correctly, they also warranty shrubs for one year. Overall pretty satisfied with service and selection of plants. My most recent experience here was exceptional. They really try their best to be attentive to their customers.

Proper face coverings are required for staff and customers, they check temperatures and sanitize every customers hands before letting anyone into the store to shop.
