The website said, "In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated," as substitutions of flowers may happen because of seasonality and market conditions. That I could have accepted. However, they did not put in any of the flowers that were supposed to be in the middle of the heart (there were only flowers covering the heart-shaped easel), and they did not include the lilies, as pictured. I ordered the Premium arrangement, which was listed at $425. With tax and delivery, they charged me $497.25. It was in no way worth that kind of money. When searching for an arrangement, I saw heart-shaped ones with only the outside rim of the heart covered in flowers for about half the price. But I chose this one thinking that it would be as ordered. It was not. It made a very solemn occasion even sadder.
