Excellent service. When I initially called, I got a time estimate of just a few days. Pretty great, right? Today, I got a call that they were actually available today. Even better! I'm not sure the name of the pro that came out, but he was very nice and let me know he saw a cut cord on top of the tank after digging. It was an older phone cord and definitely nothing he did; just leftover from a previous owner, but I appreciated him telling me. Tank was pumped in a very reasonable amount of time and I also appreciate him letting me know to let the ground get packed back over the lid before driving over with a lawn mower. Great price, as well; you can find their price list on their website. I will definitely be using Robinson for any future septic tank needs. Thanks guys! read more

I'm very happy with this company. I called this morning because I thought I smelled sewage and not knowing anything about septic systems I was freaking out. They came out right away, checked the tanks, found everything in good working order and explained to me the likely causes of the smell. Didn't charge me to come out, either. I'll definitely call back when the tanks do need to be pumped. Thanks so much!! read more

If you are planning to have your septic pumped, DO NOT use ROBINSON'S. I had my tanks pumped by him on 4/24/19. Three days later I could not flush a toilet. When we took the covers off the septic we found the tanks were still full. Had they been pumped they would have been empty not full. I called ROBINSON'S and he told me that if he had to come out again he would have to charge me $250.00 again and he could not get here for two more days. I called Long's Septic and he came the same day. The man that was sent was Joe and he was the best. He said that the tanks would not be full in three days. He pumped and stayed until everything was working as it should be. I will be calling Long's for the next pump read more

at first everything seemed great called to have my tank pumped they said they would call an hour before they came, no one called until they were in my yard and i was out running an errand thinking that i had at least an hour since no one had called me. when i told him i was on my way home and i would be there in 5 min he sounded fine then i get there and he had dug up the wrong septic tank and told me that it was already empty and that was not my problem ( i had gurgling pipes). i told him that i had multiple septic systems on my property and he told me that the one he dug up was the only one in my yard. after a few min of me explaining to him that it was most definitely not the only one he found the other tank and then said it was to hot and he was worn out from digging up the other tank and that he would be back in an hour after he rested and did another job. he didn't come back until 4 hours later! a week later we noticed that the spot he dug up the second time has been wet and after running the dishwasher and laundry water started bubbling up out of the ground where he dug up the tank. i called to see if someone could come out to tell me whats wrong since it wasn't doing this before they pumped it out and was told that they don't repair septic systems only pump them out and i should call some one else! never calling this company again. read more

We will never use another company for septic services. Excellent service from start to finish. Out septic professional was Jake and he was very knowledgeable. We had no idea where our tank was, but in 5 minutes he found it. Turns out it was an old homemade tank with no clean out. Jake contacted RIP Wastewater Services, they were out the very next day to cut an access in the tank for cleanout. I am a senior military retiree who recently bought an older home with a septic on site. I needed to know if the system was in working order so I called Robinson's Septic Tank Cleaning service. The technician quickly located the septic lid, uncovered it and opened it up. Luckily, the system was in good order so he closed it up and told me that he would not be charging me for his visit. I will definitely be calling them in a couple of years for it's needed. read more

Emily K. 5/9/2024 I originally called a plumber with an issue that they diagnosed was a much larger issue. They told me to call Robinson's Septic which I did. Robinson's said they could come help me the same day. This was a BIG relief to me to find a company that was willing to do this, especially since I had family coming to visit the next day.
