Exceptional Service from Beginning to End…read more I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Isaac Adkison of TE Certified and the exceptional service he provided from our initial consultation through the completion of a significant plumbing repair at my home. I contacted TE Certified after discovering a concealed hot-water leak beneath the slab of my home. From the very first visit, Isaac stood out because of the thoroughness of his assessment, his knowledge, and the amount of time he took to help me understand what was happening and the different options available to address it. This was a major repair decision for me, and rather than rushing me toward a particular solution, Isaac carefully explained the advantages, disadvantages, uncertainties, and long-term considerations associated with each option. Over the days that followed, I had many questions--and I mean many! Isaac answered every one of them with an incredible amount of patience, professionalism, and detail. He never made me feel as though I was asking too much or taking up too much of his time. When I needed clarification about specific items on the estimates, how the proposed reroute would work, the existing plumbing, freeze concerns, accessibility, restoration, or the potential for future issues, he consistently responded with thoughtful and knowledgeable explanations that helped me make an informed decision. What impressed me just as much was his honesty. When there were things he could not know with absolute certainty until the walls were opened or the existing piping was further evaluated, he said so. I greatly appreciated that. I never felt pressured or given false assurances simply for the sake of making a sale. When I ultimately asked Isaac what he would recommend as the best long-term solution for my particular home, he gave me a clear professional recommendation and thoroughly explained his reasoning. That gave my family and me the confidence we needed to proceed with rerouting the hot- and cold-water lines to the kitchen through conditioned interior space. On the day of the work, that same level of professionalism continued. After locating the plumbing manifold beside the refrigerator, Isaac made an extremely clean and precise opening in the drywall, preserving the piece so that it could be neatly replaced afterward. As the routing plan developed, he initially proposed one solution, but when I expressed concern about how it would affect the appearance and countertop area of the kitchen, he listened to my concerns and was completely receptive to exploring an alternative route I suggested. He evaluated it carefully and determined that the new lines could instead be routed behind the refrigerator and stove and through the lower cabinetry to the sink. The result exceeded my expectations. Isaac, with the assistance of Reeves, completed the work with tremendous care and attention to detail. The new lines were insulated, neatly routed and securely installed, and the workmanship throughout was exceptionally clean and organized. They protected the surrounding areas while working, treated the home with care, and left the kitchen looking virtually unchanged despite the extent of the plumbing work that had been completed. You would never know from looking at the finished kitchen that such a significant reroute had taken place. Most importantly, after the new lines were installed and the water was restored, Isaac checked the water meter to verify the result. The meter was no longer moving. After dealing with the stress of a concealed leak and having to keep the hot water shut off, seeing that meter remain still--and knowing the leak had finally been resolved--was an enormous relief. Another thing I greatly respect is that the project remained at the best-case estimate I had authorized: $2,915. There were opportunities throughout this process for the scope or cost to increase, but Isaac remained transparent about the work that was actually necessary and completed the agreed-upon repair accordingly. There is a difference between someone who simply knows how to perform a trade and someone who combines technical expertise with integrity, communication, patience, problem-solving, respect for the homeowner, and genuine pride in his work. In my experience, Isaac demonstrated all of those qualities. I also want to recognize Reeves for his assistance in completing the work so carefully and efficiently. Together, they did an immaculate job. As a homeowner, especially when dealing with a costly repair in an area outside of your own expertise, it is incredibly important to feel that you can trust the person advising you. Isaac earned that trust. He did not just repair a plumbing problem; he helped me understand it, thoughtfully walked me through a difficult decision, listened to my concerns, and ultimately delivered a solution that I feel very confident about. I am genuinely grateful that Isaac was the plumber assigned to m

THEY SUCK D...K! (A blast from the past) Had them come out…read moreinstall a brand new air handler and condenser about 4 yrs 9 mos ago. I can remember just like yesterday. 4 to 5 yrs is no time for a brand new hvac system to be going out. Well, I knew it would happen, you just gotta prove to your husband "they" are not good people. We had 1 yr repair and maintenance and 6 yrs parts replacement due to warranty( I believe the color of your skin gets you more bc some offer 4 to 5 yrs repair and maintenance and some of these guys are dumb asf!). So, here we go. My house is small 3 bedroom rooms, 2 baths, and I can hear everything that goes on outside. Anyone can take a system out, but putting one in, it took these guys a village. There was an older guy with a big beard, he talked to himself while he worked. He hang the unit and according to the bigger sized guy with black hair he say "he's messing this job up! What is he doing?" Is what I heard him say at the time we had a carport, so I kind of walked up behind him. He apologizes and say I'm sorry our guy that does the crawl space systems are on vacation (yeah right). Also I forgot to mention this is a crawl space unit so you have to be well trained to do one. Our crawl space is very clean and has lights under there as well. Back to the story....the bigger/black hair guy is the one who made me afraid that NONE of them knew what they were doing. So, the older gentleman gets mad and they kind of get into a fuss on the front sideways and he leaves the fat black haired gentleman at my house to finish. ( understand this bigger guy is the antagonist, yet the troublemaker) This guy hurries and does something and then he comes in the house to see if the system is heating. I felt the unit blowing and I told him it felt like it's luke warm air with a stripe of cold blowing. He stands in the house and says it'll be like that at first. I said that I never felt one that cool, I think you may have the system wired wrong. He says no it'll warm up. So from night to the next morning we were about to freeze because this was October (2021). We like to had froze our butts off. So we go online and see that they had an emergency night time hotline. What did I do this for. The secretary basically was very angry told me I'm not no princess that someone has to jump and do stuff for. This was on Saturday! She said just wrap up in some extra blankets because no one's coming out there this early. We argued! I have that transcript of our argument saved somewhere. I'll add the photos/screenshots later. So, that morning they send fat/black hair back out. I told him "I told you bf you left that thing was cold, then I had to get in an argument with you guys smart ass secretary" Long story short, you can try these guys. We did get almost 5 yrs out of this unit, but beware. In the end they sent a guy that looks just like Billy Ray Cyrus to fix the whole unit. The wires were crossed and they had put something wrong together under there that he also fix because my husband was under the house with him and the fat black headed guy. Before they left, Billly Ray was talking and laughing with me in my husband under the carport. Here comes fat black headed guy " "Hey can you call Becky tell her we're okay, tell her we're safe? She was worried about us coming back out here." I looked at him and kept my peace. My husband froze and was staring at me and Mr. Billy Ray was looking like "dude we are at the car". His fat ass just looked pathetic to me when he said this. I spent $6,000 and something for a whole unit and got treated like trash. You see the ratings here yourself in Google. These gotta be from those women in the office. All I know is that doing business with these guys didn't feel good. I also called the office during their lil argument earlier in the story and told them that I didn't feel they knew what they were doing. Just know bad things happen when you look down on good people trying to make ends meet and a way for their family. Hope karma hasn't been to bad on you guys but you deserve every bad thing you got after you put in our system in 2021. Watch who you do it to is all I'm saying.

Nice people, avoidable problems cost me several days and somewhere north of $1,500…read more Everyone at Certified Air Care are very nice and did quality work. I used them for years to recharge my system. After techs determined my single stage system was beyond repair. I opted to replace it with a variable speed unit. I was told that I needed to replace my water heater, because the new unit was wider than the opening, and was being blocked by the water heater. The job was not specified correctly, nor double checked for compatibility. The indoor unit that was installed was not compatible with the outdoor unit. At the end of the 2nd day the correct parts will installed to get the now 2 stage system functioning as a 1 stage system. The 3rd appointment was a no show. The 4th appointment verified that an additional $300. In parts would be needed, but not in stock, and would require a 5th appointment. The new unit was narrow enough to fit past the old water heater. $1,200. For a new, lower quality, water heater was a needless expense. I opted to complete the install myself, pulled new wires, installed thermostats zone control board and programmed both the control board and the inside. They worked with me with pricing, but I would have ended up with a higher quality system for less money, days earlier. Really nice people.
