Brett was very professional, well-spoken, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. Both he and his co-worker were polite and respectful and worked diligently to install my mini-split. They asked questions to be sure they were installing it as I had wanted. They assisted me in setting up the remote control as well as the smart control kit so that I could use Alexa. Through the install they took great care with everything. When setting up the cover for the line set (wires and tubes), they made sure all areas were properly caulked and that the covers lined up aesthetically -- they took the time to do everything the right way the first time. I'm a perfectionist and the installation surpassed even my expectations. Every aspect of the installation was well planned and executed, routing of lines etc. neat and better than the original furnace. I considered a couple of big HVAC companies when making my purchase decision, but their crews tend to get in and out as fast as they can. I wish I could give no stars. I purchased a new AC from them in 2014. Starting in 2016, each year…read morewith my spring service on the unit with M&K, they repaired it or replaced a valve. It seemed like it was the same valve each year. And each year my unit had leaked out all of the refrigerant and had to be refilled. After the first 2-3 years of the same issue, they had the nerve to say they would start charging me for the refrigerant even though they admitted it leaked out AGAIN because of their unsuccessful repair. I finally fired them last winter after they wrote me up for HVAC violations from THEIR ORIGINAL INSTALL. I had a new company come out and they fixed the issue at 1/3 of the cost and remove the bogus tag for a faulty part. And guess what, I turned on the AC for the first time this year and it's blowing hot air. No refrigerant again!!! They also looked into giving me a new unit since I've had issues every year with this unit and they came back to say nah, but we'll give you 20% off a new one. This was 3 years after I purchased the brand new one!! Worst company ever. Never had such repeat issues and audacity to charge me for their repeated mistakes.

He came for a visit on Dec 7th, to…read moreour house located on 449 Whisker St., London, Ontario to check on our furnace based on appointment based. After he took gas leak measurements inside and outside of the house, he told my wife that he has to shut off the gas supply because there is a CO (Carbon Monoxide) bad leak, unless we fix our one stage 11years old furnace, which cost $3,500 or buy a new 2 stages one for $8,000. Of course we asked for a second opinion, another maintenance guy came along 30min later and took gas measurements to confirm the leak Anthony said is too high. SURPISE!! the gas measurements done by the second technician shown "ZERO" leak. Now we are happy cause we can spend the Christmas budget on family presents, and not to purchase a new furnace on a fake assumption. Oh, I forgot to mention that we have installed a CO detector not very far where the furnace is located, and for a bad leak, would of make a lot of noise. Right? Not a pip so far.
