I've tried multiple corporate, chain, franchise,... as well as local mom-and-pop dentistries, and Robinson Comprehensive is by far the best I've experienced. They are not only my dental clinic, but both of my daughters come here as well. Dr. Rodriguez, Lisa, Sierra, and Kevin are all very friendly and professional. Most importantly, they do excellent work! And bonus, they don't send you to other providers whenever something complex comes up. We live "all the way" in Winter Garden, yet they're only a 25 minute drive. They're only a couple of minutes from the Bumby SR 408 exit. They are the only dental professionals I trust to treat my younger daughter who has severe autism. They are very patient and caring with her. read more

Things have changed. They no longer offer twilight or full sedation. The Duffys are no longer there. The tech couldn't pronounce my name right but the service was fast and pretty efficient . I have since gone to another provider and had procedure under full anesthesia. Not a lot of parking. read more

I was explained everything that was going to happen and I received the care from Dr Rodriguez and his assistant Kevin . Everything was done right the first time. I had no pain or discomfort. This is not the same place at all. The quality of care is gone, all the people who provided such amazing experiences are gone. My experience in the new office showed they are just looking to fund their remodel and don't care about the client experience. The whole business practice felt shady. My favorite part was them submitting dual claims for the same visit to my insurance. I reported their office for this. They also were incapable of sending records correctly to my new dentist until I contacted them four times. Please go ANYWHERE else except this place. read more

When it comes to dental anxiety, I'm about as bad as it gets. I've avoided the dentist for years due to my fear of the drill, but I had a veneer crack and had no choice but to go get it fixed. A few people recommended the Center for Dental Anesthesia to me, so I checked them out. They were able to get me in the same day. It is clear they cater to those with dental anxiety. Dr. Duffy was incredibly patient, explaining every single step before he did it. He even took the time to talk with me at length so I was comfortable with him before he opened my mouth. I've had other dentists claim they can calm anxious patients but while they may have helped decrease my anxiety, I never considered myself comfortable. Due to a really bad dental experience, I was TERRIFIED of the thought of going to the dentist! The pain was so bad, I had to go. Dr. Kyle Duffy was very kind & understanding of my problem. Great doctor with a great staff. Dr. Duffy will make sure you feel at ease with the procedure and with the idea of being sedated. He will go above and beyond for his patients. Asides from being afraid of dentist, my fiancée is also afraid of needles. Dr. Duffy volunteered to sedate him so we can get some blood work done, which he hadn't done in over 7 years. My initial reaction to this location was rather good. As someone who has suffered from a lot of horrible dental experiences and a lot of dental issues due to a rare disease I was not hopeful that this place would be any different then any other. But Dr.Duffy was friendly, took his time, offered solutions that helped to make me feel more comfortable. The timing it took to correct the issues was longer then I would have liked but didn't take 6 months. However that all changed. In December of 2020 a temporary crown that had been place shattered over the Christmas break. I immediately contacted the office and Dr.Duffy personally to get the issue corrected given how painful it was and how dramatically if affected my ability to eat. I was told I was not able to get an appointment for several weeks and to use OTC cement filler for the meantime, which I did with minor success. The issue was corrected and a permanent crown installed in 2021 hoping that would be the end of it. I had to go in for several more appointments to have the crown ground down to be comfortable but eventually got it resolved. Well that did not last long and in December of 2021 that same crown which had been permanently cemented came off again, this time while I was on contract in another state again over Christmas break. I was willing to fly back to have the issue resolved as I need anesthesia due to the amount of pain endured during the procedure. I was told they would not be able to help any time soon and to try another dentist..........ARE YOU KIDDING ME! So I am supposed to go and pay another dentist to correct something you did that should not have happened this soon? How does that make any sense? So I suffered for another two months until I returned from assignment only to have the office tell me I had not been seen since 2020 and would need a "consult" first before they could schedule sedation to correct it which would take additional months. I am flabbergasted. I am appalled, I am beyond disappointed. I had thought I had found a dentist I could count on. And being someone who works in the medical profession with a chronic illness myself, I am well aware of what kinds of medications I need for sedation, how much and even how often, I am not a difficult patient to sedate. I am making one last attempt to get this corrected by them before leaving entirely, but I do not hold high hopes. This is not a clinic you can count on for anything other then routine cleanings and that includes if need sedation which apparently they only do one day a month despite advertising it as a service with no indication that it is a "very limited' service. read more

After Dr. Duffy took a look at my issue he pinpointed my problem and explained to me in detail what was wrong and what path to take in order to remedy my issue. Dr. Lawrence Duffy had a lot of patience with my 28 year-old son who has autism and is nonverbal, while trying to start an IV for sedation, as my son wanted nothing to do with an IV and was resisting. In the past, a trip to a hospital for sedation was required , which was more traumatic and expensive. The option of sedation in the office is a huge asset to their practice ! The entire staff at this office go above and beyond the call of duty, when it comes to assisting those with special needs. I am a RN, and I am very selective as to who my family visits for medical and dental visits. We drive 1 hour to visit this office, but it is well worth our time , knowing we are in the hands of competent professionals. Dr. Kyle Duffy preformed not only my son's work that needed to be done, but also performed my procedure. Both dentist are very compassionate, professional, and personable ! UNPROFESSIONAL! Very dissatisfied with the level of professionalism from the office. I went in for some extensive work. I was given (2) quotes for different options. i chose one, went in for an xray, but my dr. was not in that day. i saw the other dr. where he told me that my bone structure was not good enough to support the implants I wanted therefore a bridge was the way to go. My Dr. was going to call me to discuss the next day. almost a month and several calls ltr I finally was able to get my dr. on the phone where he told me he didnt know what i was talking about and the option for a bridge was not in the books (even though i was given a quote for that option by that dr. ) i later called back and asked for a re-quote to only do (1) implant. I was told they would get that email to me. (1) week later no answer i called the office again and the same lady i spoke to said I really don't know what you are talking about but I will have the dentist call you. Here i am (2) weeks now and no call from the dentist. Unbelievable..... You go there looking for relief of the stress you have going to the dentist and you want to get the work done but they showed me they have no desire to help. So unprofessional.....I hope whoever goes has better luck than i did. I will never refer this place to anyone. read more

I went to see Dr. Duffy from a referral. And although Kyle Duffy was informative and extremely nice and respectful. I can't get over the fact that the front office staff knew that my insurance was not in their network, and yet they didn't tell me that, and continued with the appointment, and scheduling a future appointment. Come to find out after getting a crown re-cemented with a water based solution, only to find out it fell out a month later, and also paying a ridiculous amount for a simple cleaning. I find out that they are out of my network after all this has been done. I find that this was very unprofessional and sneaky. Will not be referring anyone here. read more

My experience with Dr. Kyle Duffy was wonderful. During my cleaning and check up I was told by him that I needed to have a cap because an old inlay needed to be replaced. Today I went in to have the procedure. When I arrived, Dr. Duffy told me that he wanted to get a new X-ray because he was reconsidering and thought he might have a good chance of saving the tooth. I also had chipped a neighboring tooth and lost a filling as well. He wound up saving the tooth, which I'm sure saved me money! Once work was started, I had no pain. That's no pain when the novocain was injected; no pain when the two teeth were drilled; no pain for the extra work to be sure it was exactly the way Dr. Kyle wanted it to be. And my mouth wasn't very numb when we were done! In addition, Dr. Kyle has a very deliberate manner, explains everything as he does it and kept me totally relaxed. I felt like I just visited a friend, and when I left, my teeth were fixed! The only other dentist I've ever had that was in the same league as Dr. Kyle is his senior partner and dad, Dr. Lawrence Duffy, who does Dental Anesthesia. (My dental phobic wife uses him!) I have to say, for me Dr. Kyle just edged ahead of his dad for best experience with a dentist ever! read more

I have a daughter Hannah with schizophrenia. Everything she has to have done is extremely hard and frightening to her. Several years ago she had 4 wisdom teeth that had to be removed. After much research I found the Center for Dental Anesthesia. From the time we walked in, everyone was wonderful. Dr. Duffy was kind, patient, and experienced. They gave her general anesthesia and got all the work done plus a cleaning. When she woke up she felt so relieved and happy. Fast forward to 7/19/17 I took her back to have more dental work done. Again everyone was great. This time we met Dr.Kyle Duffy. He put her and I at ease. They again did the general anesthesia and took care off a lot of problems, did the cleaning. She woke up happy and feeling good. I will always take her here for anything she needs done. They are amazing, kind,comforting,professional and just the best place to go if you need dental work and hate dentists. You will NOT hate these excellent people. I would like to take the time to say just how thankful I am for Dr. Kyle and everyone who works there. I've been terrified of going to the dentist my whole life due to a horrible experience. Due to that experience I've not been able to bring myself to go to the dentist.
