Very attentive staff - Jenny found knots I didn't even know I had. My husband also said his massage by Yuki (spelling?) was one of the best he ever had. There was only 1 other person in the office when i came in, and then someone came in after me, and she spent time with them instead of taking her paying and already unsatisfied client. I always make appointments and I've never been late to my appointment or missed my appointments. I was in a car accident a few weeks ago and waited until I was well enough to be able to get a massage. I purposely went to the chiropractor today to be able to have everything in alignment so that I'd be ready for the massage. I called today. I made an appointment for the massage around 10:30 in the morning. I made the appointment for 6:30 PM to 8 PM. As I was in an appointment prior to the 630 massage appointment, the woman there called. She's the manager. She didn't leave a message and I didn't recognize the number. I couldn't pick up because I was with a doctor. I drove the 30 minutes to get to there and arrived on time. As I entered, she told me that she didn't know if I was gonna come at 6:30 or seven or if I'd even come and so she went ahead and took somebody else for an appointment. I asked her why she would schedule someone when I had an appointment. She said she wasn't sure if I would come. I told her that I've never missed an appointment and I've never been late and I made the appointment just today. She just kept saying I'm sorry I'm sorry she said she tried to make it my fault by saying I called you and you didn't pick up. So I said well I couldn't pick up because I was in a doctors appointment and you didn't leave a message because I checked. She said that her English isn't very good so she didn't leave a message. In the meantime, I drive all the way across town to get there just to find out that she gave away my appointment. I asked her what the appointment is if it's just going to be given away. She just kept apologizing saying I'm sorry I'm sorry and she wasn't very sorry. It was very unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend this massage center. Massage centers in many different states and this is the most unprofessional that I have found. And I am a professional person who is used to good customer service. This was a big disappointment.
