I made the right decision choosing this place for my spinal decompression over the other clinic in…read moreTampa that offers IDD treatment, because the chiropractor at that clinic is just... a terrible person compared to here. Trust me, I tested a lot with Dr. Pav before deciding to undergo treatment with her. She is more knowledgeable than even specialists in some cases, and staff here are nice! Due to my L3-L4, L4-L5, and L5-S1 issues, I wasn't able to sit for even one hour without experiencing 10/10 pain. I already had constant 4/10 pain from L3-S1 whenever I sat, which increased the longer I remained seated. On top of that, I sometimes experienced immediate sharp pain after long periods of sitting or certain movements, as the nerves around L3-L4 would get poked due to Cauda Equina involvement. After 32 sessions focusing on L3-L4, I can now sit about 2 hours and perform daily activities more easily than before. But note: this is a journey, not an instant fix. No doctor can make you 100% again after a herniated or damaged disc. You will still have limitations even after many treatments, but my life feels a little more hopeful now. I still have 24 sessions for my L5-S1 and 24 sessions for my neck. Hopefully, I will be able to sit for 3 hours after that. I believe this is a realistic goal considering my condition because there are surgeons who are saying I should do a surgery but it could also do more harm than good due to my young age.

I visited the Chiropractic & Holistic Center of Tampa while dealing with chronic lower back pain…read morethat nothing else had relieved. Dr. Pav immediately recognized that the issue wasn't just in my lower back--it was originating from tension running all the way from my neck down. She performed a full‑body treatment, and the relief was almost immediate. She also incorporated the stretcher machine, leg compression system, and electrical stimulation, all of which made a noticeable difference. I only wish I lived locally, because this would absolutely be my weekly chiropractic home. Highly recommended.

I have bulging disks and after working on our house, they were flaring up. My husband's lower back seized up the following week, and we had a 23 hr drive home in the next few days. We googled chiropractors and Gateway Wellness popped up. It happened to be a few minutes from our house, so we took a chance and made appointments for both of us. From the moment we walked into the building, we could tell it was a friendly atmosphere, and upon meeting Dr. Fagen, I was immediately put at ease. He was friendly and very knowledgeable of my condition. He took x rays, which I appreciated, and showed me stretches to help so I wouldn't have to rely on a chiropractor for relief. I am definitely going to make an appointment with him each time we're in Florida just to have, hopefully, small "tweaks" done. My husband was next, and he was just as impressed as me. Sometimes you have to take a leap of faith, and we're certainly happy we did on this occasion. I would definitely recommend Dr. Fagen to anyone with back pain!

After almost 19 years of doing nails my back has definitely been thru it. Right when we walked in the receptionist welcomed me by name (which was nice & thoughtful) My paperwork had been filled out ahead of time online so Dr Huynh was able to take me right back. I explained my pain and the location. He in return explained where he was going to place the needles and the reason for each one. All of them were located in my left wrist & hand. He then asked me to stand up slowly and then to touch my knee and then my ankles. AMAZINGLY I was able to do both WITHOUT ANY PAIN!! I was pretty amazed. Then he found a point on the top of my head and placed another needle...... again , more releasing of pain!!!! He then asked me to lay down and just relax. He left me and my husband there for maybe 5-7 mins then came back in and proceeded to inform me of my insides... heart, kidney, liver, blood flow, etc. also included in there were some emotional states that were pretty spot on. All of this made my husband very interested and wanting to be seen as soon as possible. So they were kind enough to squeeze him in. I HIGHLY recommend Anna Health!!! Dr. Huynh knows his craft. I would even go as far to say and artist with it comes to the body and acupuncture. We have definitely found "our place" for healing our bodies.
