Wish I could give it zero stars.
The new patient special is a great value and since my chiropractor had retired, thought this would be a good option. First visit went well, and they did help. Of course, they tried to push one of their "packages", but I don't need to visit that much, so figured I would go on a per visit basis. After the initial visit, I left.
Five days later, I went back for a follow up/tune up expecting to pay the $55 for the visit and be in an out since I was already set up as a patient. Well, not quite. After waiting 15 minutes while they checked in and collected for another patient (it happens - didn't bother me until we got to what came next), I was informed it would be $55 AND I would have to fill out all the paperwork I had filled out five days prior...unless of course, I bought a "package". I left.
It is obvious their business model is to push you to their "packages" by making it as inconvenient as possible for those that are not "in the club". This is a very poor business model as they are likely turning away 10's of thousands of dollars each year, if not more, that people like me would gladly pay if we were treated as if our time were valuable too. This is gross disrespect shown to a segment of their patients.
I am sure this will get a response that goes something like: "Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're very sorry..."
The thing is, they are NOT sorry. Well, maybe they are sorry they won't get my money and money from others who feel as I do. Bottom line, I won't be back and I will tell everyone I know not to fall for the trap. read more
