After getting several offers on our home we talked on the phone and we accepted one offer. The buyers wanted $14000 back. Yes, you're reading that right. All was disclosed. It is a 17 year old home with original roof and AC with a home warranty. Amy informs me by text that she would be out of the country in Norway. She assigned me to a different woman. I had no negotiating power and this other person said she didn't have the other offers that were made to go back to. This other person knew nothing about crawl spaces, of which they wanted almost $4000 credit for that. I was not kept informed. It was not right.
