However, I didn't have to do that and I actually closed on my home and with their help put no money down (rebates and incentives). I highly recommend this Trelora Team to anyone. Dahlia became a very trusted advisor during the process and kept it 100% real with me the entire time. She is also very understanding and isn't in this just to make a quick buck. I really enjoyed the entire journey with her as my agent. Make sure you let Stephen if you run into a situation where emotions are involved or critical changes need to be made in the contract. I'm not even sure where to begin. Whenever I sit down to even pull all of my thoughts together about this amazing real estate team, five stars is not enough. Aaron and Christina (Trelora Real Estate) Have been a true blessing to work with. My wife and I was at a home show earlier towards the beginning of 2020 And we're only there because her parents wanted to take a look at some different options for painters. Wow being there we were drawn to Aaron and Christina who had a booth. Aaron was so friendly and he caught our attention right away. We had no intentions of getting a real estate agent as we were just starting the house Buying process. To be honest we were not going to use a real estate agent as I wasn't sure how all of that worked and didn't plan on paying for one. I later found out that real estate agents are paid by the seller, which led me to reach out to a friend as I wanted to be a good friend to kind of help them out. But all that changed whenever I met Aaron on this specific day. The awesome thing about this company that drew us to them Is that they offer 50% of their commission to the buyer. In other words when you close on your house, you will receive a check that is 50% of the total commission that they received. That was unbelievable and we could not understand how it was possible until we met with Aaron on the phone and asked him a few more Details around this philosophy. Lo and behold we went ahead and signed on to have these guys represent us as our realtors. Throughout the entire six-month process Aaron and Christina were phenomenal. When it came down to reaching out to the seller and making sure loose ends were tied, Aaron and Christina represented us well. When it came down to closing Christina showed up and attended our closing with us. Not only did she show up to closing but she showed up with a gift in her hand. It was such a pleasure working with her and Aaron as they made our buying process so easy. They always answered emails in a timely fashion and we're always on top of the things that we needed to take care of. I strongly Recommend these guys as they were an awesome pleasure to work with. Outside of being awesome to work with, if you're buying a house keep in mind that they are going to give you money to represent you. That was the best part. It was almost unbelievable until that check arrived last week. So yes it is true and I advise everyone who is looking for a home to take advantage of this amazing opportunity. I can only imagine how much longer these guys will be doing this. Oh and don't forget, if you're selling a house they have some awesome specials around that as well. They offer a pretty neat flat fee when it comes down to selling homes so check them out for more details and tell them that Roger K from yelp sent you!

A top priority was keeping my children in their schools, but the challenge was finding a single-family home in a low-inventory market within my price range that also met my family's needs. A friend recommended that I connect with Shanti who had also helped her purchase her home. Throughout the process, Shanti was super responsive and provided sound, reliable advice. Her sharp negotiating skills gave me a competitive advantage in a very fast-paced, highly desirable local market. Shanti kept me focused on a few occasions when I was ready to throw in the towel after losing a few bids in knockout, drag-out "fight with all you've got" bidding wars. (To give you a sense of the challenging market, there was one instance where bids came in tens of thousands over asking price sight unseen!) I'm so glad Shanti kept me determined because we were able to locate a great home for my family in the school district I wanted. It was such a pleasure to work with Shanti and I would recommend her to my dearest family and friends without hesitation.
