The Dr. I saw was Jason Valdez. Complete waste of my time and money. My first visit was okay. My…read morefollow up visit, I started asking more questions about my treatment options. He must have not liked that because he became rude, curt and bored. He took out his phone and started reading it until I was done talking. Then asked if I wanted to do an MRI with his practice. Did he really think I would go back after that treatment? After I moved to another practice his office never transferred records. My PCP also asked for the xray and they never received anything. I had to get another xray which was an unnecessary expense. Most unethical of his office not to share record.

I was a little scared of dry needling at first, but it's virtually painless! I felt relief the very next day, if not later that day after our first session. Huge difference! It was incredible. I scheduled another session a few weeks later and she added electrical impulses, which worked well for my problem area. Dr. Charlotte also gave me exercises and stretches to do and said I can see her for dry needling as needed and I haven't had a need to. It's been over a month since my last session and the pain and discomfort is very minimal. The facility is nice and clean. The treatment area is open and bright. There's a private room for dry needling. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back again, as my problem is something that probably won't go away completely for a while.

Yes it was a nasty fall and could have been much much worse. First of all, Dr. would not do an adjustment without X-rays. Which was very reassuring. Plus he sent the films to a radiologist for confirmation. It took a few adjustments to get relief. I was way way out of alignment! In no time I was back to my old self! Now I've regained greater flexibility (I had a hard time turning to the right) and honestly I feel better, stronger and overall healthier:-) Dr Duke's knowledge is amazing!! His credentials are unparalleled. And he explains things in a way so that you understand. The staff is fantastic! One last thing. I'm a tennis referee. I stand some days 12 to 14 hours. For Years I've had a pain on the side of my foot. I thought I had tried everything. Dr Duke introduced me to Foot Levelers. No more pain!! I can't say enough. Go See Dr. Duke Today!!

DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!!!!!!!…read more Sorry for the lengthy post. I wish I could give him negative starts. I had an 8:30 appointment and arrived at 8:00. I was brought back to the exam room at 8:15, only to be told he usually arrived around 8:30-8:45, but I was the first patient in his queue. I waited until 9:20 before sticking my head out the door to make sure I wasn't forgotten. The friendly staff apologized and said that he was not here yet. They called him, informing him that he now had six patients waiting to see him. Ten minutes later he rushes through the door (no apology for the wait) and curtly asks me how my ankle is (the reason for my visit). I start talking, trying to get my story in (in-between his interruptions) before he tells me he is going to give me a cortisone shot. I voiced my concerns for treating (again- he had already tried steroids as a treatment with no improvement) a problem we didn't know the source of, suggesting an MRI to rule out a ligament or tendon tear. He rudely told me that he had been doing this for many years and I should just go with what he said. Completely at a loss, I stared speechless. I told him that if that is what he thought, I would give it a try, but again voiced my concerns. He didn't address them, but instead rudely ordered me onto the table. He swiftly cleansed and sprayed the area with betadine and a local anesthetic. With a full syringe of cortisone, he injected my ankle in a manner of seconds, despite me writhing pain. You see, I have a medical background (he doesn't know this)... cortisone should be injected VERY slowly. He couldn't be bothered with that, obviously. He threw away the syringe, told me to come back in 3 - 4 weeks and walked out. No after care instructions (there are important ones), no concern, no further explanation of a plan of care. I was nearly in tears and completely at a loss. The nice tech checked in on me and told me I could go after helping me clean up the blood on my ankle. It was horrible.
