One of the months in question, I wasn't even in the state. I had documentation to demonstrate that fact, which he never even presented in court, so I now have to pay for a month when I was 1500 miles away... and the landlord was aware that I had moved out. Being in court with him representing me was both painful and embarrassing. Del Tufo has no business being a lawyer.
