Here's what was so impressive about Barbara: Most of us expect a lawyer to look for ways to create controversy or conflict to run up their fees. Barbara never did this. Ever. From the very first document she drafted to the very last, everything she presented was (a) totally fair and (b) totally necessary. This is not to say she wasn't vigilant. She clearly knew exactly what was required for a strong, safe and legal transaction and made sure every "i" was dotted and every "t" crossed. And she accomplished this with maximum efficiency. I can be certain she did a fantastic job partly because I had the help of friend who is on the legal team of a very large firm. (You would recognize the name.)
