I was waiting for my rental at a nearby dealership and the service manager for ford called a young lady and he was completely rude and nasty to this sweet girl she was so nice while he just bashed her for something she had no part in what he should have done was ask her to leave a message her service manager then the manager called ford manager and he got an even worse attitude and if that is the way fords service manager is gonna treat people I want no part of it and felt the people should know what service to be expecting read more

My truck was towed to this location 2 days ago. They haven't even looked at it to see if parts will need to be ordered. I have spoken with them several times for updates and each time say it will be several day's before they can get into shop. read more

My 2015 Ford F350 had a Code popup. We are new to this part of Louisiana. I called one dealership and they couldn't see me for over week. I than called Robichaux Ford and they were able to see me the very next day. Got to the dealership and was greeted by Jeri Diaz who was very pleasant and listened to my issue. They took the truck right in. She showed me where the coffee was and the waiting room. Their waiting room was very comfortable with restroom and vending machines. My truck ended up needing a part replaced that Jeri applied to my basic warranty. From this point on I will use them for all my Ford Service needs. read more

When I was on the hunt for a used car, I hit the internet to find exactly what I wanted. And that car happened to be at Robichaux Ford, over an hour away from my home in New Orleans. I called up to verify the car was still on the lot and headed out. I was greeted by the same friendly salesman who had spoken with me on the phone. We quickly evaluated my trade in, took a test drive, and agreed on a price. The entire process was completely free of nonsense. I wanted to talk in terms of "out the door" pricing and that was accommodated without having to deal in monthly payment speak. They even beat the financing I had secured through USAA. When I balked at the cost of their gap insurance, they were able to further lower the APR. All in all, I was extremely pleased with the buying experience. Their lot is fairly small and mostly made up of trucks, but I wouldn't hesitate to send any friends seeking cars here. It was a square deal all around. read more

I had been looking for over a month and the reality is Texas and Georgia consistently had better prices on similar vehicles. Yet, I wanted to give a local (Louisiana) dealership a fair chance at my business. Robichaux Ford came through. It was worth the 2 hour drive to Thibodeaux. Nicki was professional, fair, and honest. I drove down from Metairie because they had a Kia Rio for sale. First thing I noticed was the oil…read morewas dirty. I could not open the trunk with the lever inside the car but the key fob would open it. Ryan said that was a safety feature. I noticed the tire pressure warning light was on but thats is usually no big deal just a reset button. I asked Ryan for a carfax report and he said they do not do that. He then scanned the vin with his phone and told me the car had two owners and no accidents. Which proves he has carfax or autocheck. My wife and I left to go eat and called my son to run a carfax. Turns out the first owner was a rental. I know carfax and autocheck say if a car has been a rental. The rental was for only nine months and 9k miles so we decided to go back and do a deal. Ryan was firm on his price but we bought it anyway. The brake tag was expired so I went to get one, it failed the tint test. I had to pay $130 get the tint removed. Kias do not have a TPMS reset button so I took it to a Kia dealer and they want $200 to replace a tire sensor. Also they checked the trunk release lever and said they have to replace the trunk latch for $700 {not a safety feature Ryan} And to top it off I had about a inch of water in the trunk after a rain. Both tail lights were leaking. I tried to write this review on N & N web site but it would not go through. They must have bad reviews blocked because all of there reviews are 5 star. Beware if you buy a car from here.
